Amarillo welcomes residents with its distinctive Texas character and sweeping views of the Texas Panhandle. Home to over 200,000 residents, the city offers rental options from downtown lofts to suburban apartments with plenty of space. The San Jacinto neighborhood draws renters with its historic architecture and local shops. Rental costs remain moderate, with average rents around $841, and one-bedroom apartments averaging $830 monthly, representing a 1.5% year-over-year increase.
The Route 66 Historic District and Amarillo Cultural District anchor the city's arts scene, featuring performances at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts and exhibitions at the Amarillo Museum of Art. Just outside the city, Palo Duro Canyon State Park - the second-largest canyon system in the United States - offers miles of hiking and biking trails. The medical district, centered around the Harrington Regional Medical Center, serves the community's healthcare needs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village Park Apartments
We had our ceiling come down took 2 weeks for them to.come out and cover the hole but they didn't replace the insulation that was lost so my apartment stays Hott..THERE IS A BAD PESSSSST problem cockroaches and mice we have killed 14 of them so far when letting mateience know about it all.he could do.is offer traps this place is a joke we were shown a nice apartment got moved into a trash one lesson learned don't be in a rush read reviews
They have tenants with no air conditioners and have no plans on fixing them. These tenants have not had air conditioners for months and management has been told. Even though air conditioning is considered a luxury, I believe it’s good business to take care of your tenants. With people are sitting in extremely hot apartments with babies while management is nice and cool. I would think before signing a contract with these apartments.
