Extremely hot in summer! Landlord doesn’t fix much
AC wall unit is extremely old. Doesn’t cool most of the apartment. Landlord takes forever to fix anything, if they ever get fixed. Landlord also increases the rent frequently, claiming the increase is related to the cost of the building and repairs! He doesn’t want to hire help, so he takes a long time to get around to things...
