I can’t say enough great things about Village Creek Apartments and their amazing staff! Today, my refrigerator suddenly stopped working and I was panicking about losing over $400 worth of groceries. I called the office and, as always, Brianna was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond every time I need something! Within no time, AJ and Cody from the maintenance team came by and saved the day. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the refrigerator issue, but they also helped ensure my groceries didn’t spoil in the process. These two are always the best when it comes to handling any maintenance issue—fast, friendly, and reliable. It’s moments like these that make me so grateful to live at Village Creek. The staff truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. Thank you again to Brianna, AJ, and Cody for turning a stressful situation into a reminder of why this community is so special!

VCA is an affordable option in a decent part of town that is close to Denver and Boulder. It’s relatively clean, very quiet and the community is mostly made up of working class folks. A great place to live that is affordable and safe. The buildings are old but they do a good job of maintaining the property.

My experience at the Village Creek Apartment community is great. I don't expect or see myself going to another place. Not only are the leasing staff friendly so are the maintenance personnel, and neighbors. Another thing I love about this community is that a lot of my favorite places to shop and eat out at are walking distance, if I feel like taking a nature walk on a nice day.

We've enjoyed the time we've spent here so far. I love that Village Creek is tucked away in a little secluded area while still being right in the middle of everything. I love that it's close to everything and even has it's own bus stop. The staff, both office and maintenance are incredibly friendly and helpful! We love our home here.

If you're looking for a solid apartment living experience in Westminster, Colorado, Village Creek Apartments is a definite must-see when it's time to choose your next living space. Ease of move in is beyond outstanding. Management is outstanding, maintenance is right up there. Apartments themselves lack amenities when compared to their price. Outside of building needs to be updated.

Extremely poor management, cars get broken into regularly, and the security deposit you pay is basically just thrown away. About to take them to court over “owed charges”. Please spare yourself from renting here

I scheduled a tour for 3 pm but was running late so I called to reschedule the lady the said to just come in and she’d be there she never mentioned anything about not being able to tour before it gets dark so I got there around 4:20 for her to tell me that she couldn’t do any tours once it’s starts to get dark mind you there was still light out it was not close to being dark crazy part is I had came two weeks ago by my self with a different lady to tour another apt and it was at 4:35 and it was not a problem I’m super bummed out I was really looking forward to moving here :(

only lived here two weeks, but very pet friendly place even my dog has made friends. Nice community, the apartment is one of the nicest ones we had seen in our price range. Love the park across the street.

I have lived at Village Creek for about a month. I have mountain views from my balcony, and my neighbors and management is friendly! The leasing process was a breeze, and the location is incredibly convenient. My kitty and I are loving it so far!

The overall grounds are not kept very clean. There is a lot of furniture sitting out by trash cans, litter all over the grounds that sits for weeks and people with dogs do not pick up after their dogs. The laundry room washers are dirty and smell moldy. The laundry room is cleaned but the washers are not cleaned out. The staff is helpful and friendly. Ilana & McKenzie are wonderful to work with. All of the maintenance staff I have dealt with are nice and do a good job.

Village Creek Apartments were the first apartments we've moved into and we have had absolutely no issues since we moved in! The management has always been incredibly pleasant and urgent to things we've reached out about and if we weren't moving to a house when our lease ends we would absolutely be renewing our lease!

I came from apartments where everything was an issue to get done. From move in process to the move out process. Coming from that to Village Creek has been amazing. Great prices for the apartments the have and everything was so easy to get done. Really hope that we can stay as long as we plan to!

Mixed review thus far. Apartment was not clean and ready for move-in at the requested time, but management was very accommodating and communicative. First maintenance request resulted in my front door being unlocked all day after the work was finished. But otherwise its been a very smooth and easy move in process.

Not a bad first apartment but would not stay longer then my lease.
Village Creek is a great place to live
The cost is too high for the size of apartment, but the location is excellent and the amenities are amazing.
