Management and maintenance teams are professional, responsive, and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained, and the amenities (gym and pool) are great. In-unit washer dryer is huge. A big plus is the half mile loop to walk around the complex, something that a lot of spaces around Knoxville don't have. If you can afford it, it's a great place to live. Community is also friendly and feels very safe.

We love living at the Village at Westland Cove, all the staff is extremely kind and helpful. This is a very healthy community to live in, the staff really go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a positive living experience. We have never lived anywhere else that maintains the grounds, hosts social events, and communicates more efficiently than this apartment complex.

This is a top notch community. I moved from a large home and was a bit concerned about going to an apartment. But my experience here has been wonderful. My apartment is quiet and beautifully appointed. Management is incredibly kind and very responsive. I am very satisfied living here.

I have lived here for close to 2 years. This is simply my honest opinion. Unfortunately the community has been going downhill rather rapidly for a litany of reasons. Previous staff members that are no longer here were much more thoughtful about their tenants. Im certainly not going to renew and it has nothing to do with the fact that the rent is at the higher end of prices in Knoxville, candidly even if it was half of these monthly rates they charge I still wouldn’t as they nickel and dime you with fees. The focus of the office really seems to be just on getting the units rented and conducting tours. I have complained about noise, parking, repairs, but it’s always a problem to have it properly addressed such as the crack in my wall for the past two years or fire sprinkler trim coming out. Seems they are too busy to address any issues seriously. Also, I’m not so sure when the staff commit to providing courtesy calls happen or when it does it done with the goal of providing a practical solution. I wish I had done more research prior to renewing. I’m utterly confused where these positive reviews are coming from as that is not the vibe I get from the community or other review sites. Certainly not my experience but hopefully you’ll see past the fact that the staff is so nice and warm at first to get you to rent and then not so attentive. I have rented in a few communities prior and have always had a positive experience but sadly not here. Wish I didn’t have to write about my horrible experience living here and instead could have left a very positive review. If the community happens to get back on track I’ll be sure to update my review but not optimistic. I’ll keep you posted on my move-out in a few months. I have no pets and have kept the place spotless so see how they handle my move out.
My experience at The Village at Westland Cove has been great! The move-in process was very simple and hassle free. The unit is also very spacious and the complex is located in a very convenient area. I wish the fitness center had more than just the basic/cardio room equipment; a full gym on property would be nice. A tennis court and/or a basketball court would also be wonderful to have. Other than that, the complex and general area are both nice!

This community is stellar. The office staff are very helpful and kind. The apartments are quiet and well maintained. This is the best apartment community by far in the Knoxville area.

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. Management is incompetent and cares more about potential new residents than properly respecting their current tenants.

Ambiance. Family and kids swimming at the pool. This is my third month coming off from a corporate accommodation @ unit 606 and haven’t been out more often yet walking or jogging around the beautiful landscape yet. Neighbors are enjoying walking their kids and cute dogs…an atmosphere where friendly people and healthy environment depicts a picture of a good living.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in to a two bedroom floor plan. We absolutely love it! There is so much space, updated features and a great patio. We really love the location. It is so close to the Turkey Creek, Cedar Bluff and North Shore areas. The property is very clean, quiet and safe.
Well managed. Nice, friendly staff that is always responsive and tries to help. Beautiful well landscaped grounds and wooded environment with lake. Good gym. Lake access with paddle boards available. Buildings spread out. Plenty of parking. Spacious, quite apartment with Great layout and balcony. Great kitchen with modern appliances, spacious with lots of counter space and bar. Good food trucks are regularly scheduled.
Being a resident at The Village at Westland Cove is a joy that we get to experience every day. The property is very peaceful, providing a beautiful nature setting on the cove. It is unlike any other apartment property in Knoxville. It's like being on vacation every day.
Village at Westland Cove is more than just an apartment, it really feels like a neighborhood, community, and a home. The amenities are kept in the best shape and are often upgraded. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. If you are hunting for an apartment, you definitely need to have this place on your checklist.
Great community, prices are a bit high, sound insulation should have been a higher priority during construction, get a 3rd Floor if possible.
My husband is re-locating for a new job. We had a whole bunch of stuff on our plates... especially him. Hilary went to amazing lengths not knowing our story and made our apartment happen in two days!! And when she couldn't be here, Leilani stepped in and helped as well. The customer service exceeds. It is extraordinary! This place by itself is incredible. Located so close to everything. The amenities and location on the water are awesome. And it's affordable! Must see!
My family and I were some of the first residents to move into the apartments after relocating here from a house in Florida. I have very high customer service expectations as well as high standards for cleanliness. Based on those high standards, I can honestly say that the leasing team and the complex deserve 5 stars. Our first experience was during the tour and the application process. We were very impressed with how kind and customer service oriented the entire team was. But, it was more than just offering good customer service, they seemed to genuinely care about getting to know us on a more personal level. They also worked with us as much as they could to make our move and transition as easy as possible. The only hiccup we had was at move-in. Because we were so new, they had not yet secured an in-house cleaning service to do a final cleaning of miscellaneous, minor construction debris (remember I have high standards). There was also a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Although I did do the first deep clean of the apartment, I know they now have a cleaning service, which shows how much they care for their tenants to have a great first impression. Additionally, the maintenance items were handled very quickly and professionally. The maintenance staff are so very kind and friendly as well. We've been here a little over 2 months and the staff knows my son's name and my dog's name. Both love to go visit for an awesome hot chocolate and dog treat. And our dog has food allergies and they even have special salmon dog treats for him! They have decorated the property beautifully for the fall season. My neighbors are absolutely amazing as well. It is such a great community.

The Village of Westland Cove and the incredible staff who work here have completely surpassed my expectations. Being new to the city of Knoxville, I was welcomed by staff who genuinely cared about me and my transition to a new place, offering me the resources needed to settle in both comfortably and confidently. So far, all of my questions and concerns have been addressed promptly, professionally, and thorough in nature. Additionally, the amenities here are wonderful! 24 hour access to the gym which includes workout classes on the big screen allow me to work out while balancing a crazy work schedule, and the pool and cabana area are absolutely beautiful, making entertaining guests quite enjoyable! I would recommend Village of Westland Cove to anyone- it's a unique and special community that all will love!

This property is amazing we love living here. The office is great from the service you receive from the first time you walk in the door and even after you move in. We received the VIP treatment at move in with a place for our moving truck to park and unload to maintenance doing an ordination of our new home. The whole staff is top notch and all the amenities are incredible
The entire experience here has been great. Extremely flexible staff to accommodate any needs especially with the move and are quick to respond. The actual apartment looks amazing and spacious with the tall ceilings. You can’t find any other complex with a better gym facility it literally has everything! Would recommend to anyone!
