Just the right size and it’s ready when you arrive. I like my balcony and kitchen. There’s lots of room for me especially. Just note some rooms come with carpet floors.

It's good, overall. Negative about not having drinking water faucets in refrigerators and damaged window coverings in my room. However, the room is nice and cozy. I like it in a nutshell.

Late one evening our air conditioning went out. I called the 24 hour customer service number and within 5 minutes someone arrived to repair the air conditioning system and within an additional 5 minutes the air conditioning was repaired!!! Thanks

Awesome, nothing to complaint. Excellent location, access to both West End Ave and 21st Ave South. So many eateries nearby. Easy access to bus stops. So convenient to go to any place from here. Just love it.

I enjoy living here. It is the best value apartment with walking distance to Vanderbilt. The area is safe. Maintenance is quick and helpful. The only downside is loud music from nearby restaurant, sometimes last over midnight! They should change the unit windows to block noise.

Worth the price with great location close to Vandy. Quick response of office and maintenance team. Had some issue with roaches and sometimes could be disturbed by noise and music from restaurants nearby.

Great location to Vanderbilt and Belmont. Good security makes you feel safe when walking around especially at night. Apartments could use upgrading especially when rent increases yearly.

Excellent place to stay for my wife’s treatment at Vanderbilt. We have enjoyed a quiet neighborhood and clean facilities. I recommend this place to anyone that has extended stay at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

would: maintenance is helpful; good location wouldn't: internet is sub-par and dealing with Xfinity is a pain (please get Google Fiber, it's in Nashville and I'm willing to pay extra); it would be nice to have a super or super-equivalent for the weekends when maintenance isn't here

Be careful! "In non-emergency situations, if you accidentally park in the wrong spot in the parking lot even with the resident parking permit, the management team will immediately tow your car without notice." Quote from their manager. They are very busy and don't have time to contact the owner. Also, no one from the management team will be present during the towing process, so there is a high probability that your car will be damaged.
Apartment is ok. Never can contact anyone. Always get recording and no responce

I would not recommend it because it has 2 months fee for lease termination while many surrounding apartments only have 1 month.
This was a really great place to live overall. I would recommend this apartment community to someone if they made more money than I currently make. I liked my unit, but the renewal rate was out of my price range, as I am a graduate student on a strict stipend. For someone with a more established job, I would be happy to recommend this place.
If they can afford this place. It is a nice, clean, and relatively quiet apartment.
Maintenance is amazing, without the discount currently received there are apartments that are nicer in the area. Discount brings pricing to what I think is more reflective
Great service and outstanding location. Variety of length of lease terms available including short term.
It'??s close by but would recommend to friends to try out beds etc before leasing
