Our stay in Village at Terra Bella has come to an end after 5 years, yes, 5 years! at this beautiful and safe complex. The apartment is very spacious, and modern; and Irina and her staff are amazing! They were always professional and helpful with anything we needed. Our apartment area is always clean, and we never had any bug issues with our space. Our experience at The Village at Terra Bella has been nothing but wonderful and we highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.
Excellent apartments! We chose this apartment community because it was in the location we wanted and allowed 3 dogs. The apartment itself is nice and on par with all of the newer complexes in the area. The amenities are great! I use the gym daily and regularly work in the clubhouse cafe or in the covered pool area. The community is very quiet and people are very friendly. The staff is filled with absolute rock stars!!! Anytime I have had any minor maintenance issues they have been resolved in a professional manner within the same day, often within a couple of hours. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very responsive and genuinely care about the residents. There are many options for apartments in the area, many of equal quality but knowing that the staff cares and is highly responsive is what makes living here a great experience.

I’m 2 months overdue for my review but I’m finally getting some “quiet time”. Where do I begin...I lived at this community for almost 3 years. I have never loved any place more than my Terra Bella community!! From the office to the maintenance, you’ll never find a better place to live. If it had not been for a job opportunity in another city, I would not have left. A huge Thank You to Irina and George for making my stay the absolute best!! They were always professional, courteous and helpful with anything I needed. It’s communities like this that gives you the feeling of “home”...not to mention the beautiful landscape, pool area and interior!! My husband & I moved in at the end of June/2019 into the largest 2/2 & we absolutely love our new home! It is the 1st place that we feel is "home" & love coming home everyday from work to our beautiful, peaceful, & tranquil home & complex. We were shown around the property by friendly & informative staff that made us feel welcome, as if we were already residents there. I came by a few different times to look at various floor plans & to show my husband while deciding what would be the best fit for us. They never once made me/us feel like we were a bother. The staff is very friendly & knows my husband & I by name, as well as our dog. There is great communication & assistance whenever needed by the office staff, as well as the maintenance/grounds staff. All requests/work orders are handled very quickly & with respect to our home inside & out. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful floor plan & design inside of our home, as well as with the property. The pool area, clubhouse & other amenities & activities available on the property are an added bonus & friends & family love visiting from the area & out of state. We have received many compliments on our home & property each time someone new comes to visit. We appreciate the staff, all that they do, the time they take for the residents & all with a smile to give us the best place to live. We are proud & love calling The Village at Terra Bella our home!

I moved into Village at Terra Bella July 18, 2019. I asked Allison to show me the apartment I was to move into to determine if I would rent or buy. When she opened the door to my apartment, it took my breath away it was so beautiful. Daily I watched the deer roam to and from. Herons of all colors swarm in like airplane ascending and descending to the sky. Rabbits roam and play with the Heron. I once saws a crocodile rise up out of the water just enough to worn the Heron of his presence. The staff is remarkable. Recently I lost control of the garage door opening. I informed the office and they quickly remedied the situation. Once I asked my Son-in-Law to lift my TV so I could install my VCR/DVD player. While waiting for my Son-in-Law, the gentlemen who maintain the area was around and I thought, "Hm... let me ask them". They responded with a "sure"... and lifted the TV while I inserted my VCR/DVD player. I was so happy as my Son came much later. The grounds are wonderfully kept. I have not seen any bugs in my apartment although Florida is full of bugs. Although I live in a one bedroom, I have enough space for my sewing table, fireplace in my living room, dining room set, and a queen bedrrom set. The closet is walk-in and enable much storage. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliance. This place is worth money!

My infant son and I have been living at Terra Bella for less than a year. While our place is impeccably clean, I began noticing roaches over the last three months. I have repeatedly put in maintenance requests and the building is supposedly sprayed every Thursday. However, the roaches continue to increase. I was told it was due to living conditions of other residents but it was "corrected." I continue to have roaches in the kitchen and bedrooms and have deemed it a completely unsafe environment not only for me but my son. I would advise anyone who expects clean and sanitary living conditions to not live here. While I have brought the concerns to management repeatedly, they show no concern or understanding of the disgusting nature of a roach infestation. I can only strongly encourage others to avoid moving here.
