I moved in here in 2006 it was a good place to live the rent was cheap and the property / Complex was well-maintained , But now after the last Managers left 2 years ago the people they gave the position to have turned this place in to a dump , all the grass is either dead or weeds and they never clean the property !! the parking lots are full of trash and more ! The place is a dump and they raised the rent !! Who ever owns this property needs to correct and get this place cleaned up and replace all the staff ! If you want to move in to the city dump this is the place to move into ! if you want to live in a clean property and well taken care of place then don't come here !! I AM GLAD I HAVE LEFT !!!

The new management that took over a few years back totally ran this place in to the ground. Used to love living here, now it’s a trailer park. Management never leaves the office to check the condition of the grounds. Staff leave Appliances and trash out side, garbage is always over flowing. Management always has an excuse to not fix these issues. Maintenance guys are rude and unhelpful, and all around lazy. I can go on all day. Think twice about moving here, unless you want to live in filth; then you might just like it.

I needed an apartment in the Kennewick region for several months before moving out of the area for a job. I found the management at VGR to be great. The terms of the contract were sensible and easy to follow and the the rental process was smooth (and I rented online from outside the state after visiting the apartments last year). The management was very responsive to my few requests for maintenance - my stove stopped working and I had a brand new one in two short days. My apartment was in the back of the complex and was probably the quietest place I have ever lived. The grounds are well maintained and the management is friendly and approachable. I have only good things to say about VGR. Well done!

I moved here from out of town. I was not able to see the apartment I was renting before move in and that made me nervous... REST ASSURED it was the best decision I made to move here. I was on a wait list for 2 months but because of the rent prices and location I was willing to wait. My apartment is spacious. I live in the smaller of the 2 one bedrooms and have a fire place. Maintenance has been helpful since day one. Anything I needed was fixed within a day or two. They helped me jump my car when my battery died at 5am! That is great service. The only complaint I have would be that there is not a washer/dryer in each apartment. They do have community laundry rooms though so that's okay...they are also cheaper than going to the laundry mat.

I have lived here since 2009. The maintenance and office staff are so nice and helpful. Rent is a great price and hasn't increased much within the last ten years. There is a gym, tanning, and indoor Jacuzzi. Management has a 24 hr emergency line so you can speak with them after hours any day of the week. Close to the transit bus station, shopping, and food.
