The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village at Church and Main
I thought this townhome would be perfect for my family. After calling nearly day, sending countless emails and office attempts for the past 3 weeks, I only received ONE email response that didn’t even answer my questions. I’m so frustrated. I don’t think anyone works there.
Our trash bill randomly increased from $12 -$15 to $30. One bin, one pick up a week. Contacted property management and they insisted they didn’t know why it increased maybe just the yearly increases. Which still shouldn’t be a $17 a month increase. We contacted waste services and they informed us that the property manager increased the prices. Then after a run around from the property manager, we were told village on main was audited & we were likely to be paying whatever audit fee they were charged with. Without proper communication about why the change in trash increases $30 is ridiculous. Second, property management doesn’t do anything but waste paper telling tenants with pets that they need to clean up the or dog mess. Tenants let their dogs poop on sidewalks, in the grass where kids should be playing and everywhere BUT THE DOG PArk. Third, maintenance is handled through management and they are NOT ATTENTIVE at all. It took 3 weeks to get a tub unclogged. 5 weeks for my circuit board in my washer to be replaced. A month without a washer machine that of course we pay for in the rent. 5 weeks. Corporate wasn’t willing to work with us for laundry mat reimbursement. PATHETIC. Especially during winter and when you have a 6 month baby who is sick. These townhomes are not worth your money.. the extra charges you’re tacked with a month isn’t worth living here.
