I love the team here. I will be very sad when I have to leave. The whole team here is amazing. Very structured, and professional. However it also feels like a family. I would like to know why some residents are no longer have access to the small storage next to their apartments. Because things changes with no explanations. When I first moved in the apartment I was free to use that storage and all of a sudden we received a note telling people to remove their stuffs from their. Those small storage space are so convenient to us.

Easy to schedule a tour! My questions were all answered and I was made well aware of the neighborhood I was moving into. The process went smoothly and we moved in before the month even ended. The management is the best. They care about the community and they even throw small get togethers in the community building so we can get to know our neighbors!

Large apartments, lots of parking, nice, friendly staff, great amenities. And, one perk I've never seen anywhere else is nightly valet garbage pickup. You just leave it outside your door and they take it away! I just moved in 2 weeks ago, but I like it here so far.

Incompetent employees. rude and disrespectful. apartments are built like garbage. i hear everything every neighbor does. no upkeep. paint is bad, floors are bad, cabinets are bad, no microwave. will cut off garage locks at every available opportunity and charge you for them. might be worth 500/month, not 1800 for a small apartment built like a house of cards.

Village at cascade park is a very nice community. The complex stays pretty year round and kept tidy because a company does the yard work once a week , sometimes twice to keep it maintained. The staff are all hard working and do their best to better the experience here. They get minor inconveniences around the complex solved quickly. The maintenance team are friendly and quick. It’s overall very quiet too. Our unit is spacious and has plenty windows. Our dogs love it here too! The bark park is bigger than most ! There’s plenty of parking for when company comes over. We don’t plan on becoming home owners anytime soon so this is a perfect place to live , we have everything we need and the location is really close to just about anywhere you need to shop, and about 10 minutes from the airport. Great neighborhood and lots of schools and parks near by. The office is welcoming and there is a gym, pool, and package delivery lockers attached to it. We feel very lucky to live here !

Living at the Village at Cascade Park is like living in an open space community due to the layout of the property and design of the apartments. It does not lend to a feeling of being cramped or over crowded which is nice. Management are approachable and very helpful.

You dont even need to leave this neighborhood because thats how convenient is to access any stores, food, hospital etc . Its all so close. Also, if you like a quiet community, this is the one for you.

We love living here, the neighborhood is pretty safe (my car was left open overnight and was untouched), location is good for nearby stores and freeway access, neighbors are mostly quiet. We've been here almost 3 years. Parking has gotten a little rough recently though, since there are no assigned spaces and my husband gets home late from work, he usually has to park several buildings down and walk for minutes.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Everything breaks all the time and no one ever come to fix it.... not to mention the office is hardly functional no one ever answers the phone they so Ohhh we will call you back but they dont... and half the time you wont find them in the office... its a joke.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The property is situated in a great location and close to shopping and airport accessibility. Yet, away from the noise.
Amazing area, people, atmosphere, nice place to live!
The complex is in a very lovely setting. Its peaceful and feels secure.
Staff is friendly & maintenance jumps on issues quickly
I have been here for 6 months .and never had a problem with the staff .they a very respectful .and are very awesome at getting things fixed. I would tell people to live here
I feel safe here, being surrounded by neighbors and having my porch light on every night. It's also very quiet. I love that.
We are part time residents of Vancouver and have lived at VCP going on 2 years. The staff here are very helpful with any issues that we had, very professional!
This was the easiest move-in I've had. Everyone was incredibly helpful.
Village at Cascade Park is a wonderful community. The staff are friendly and ready to help or answer questions at anytime. We LOVE the open floor plan in our apartment. Thank you for a positive move-in experience.
