Village at Baldwin Park

DO not recommend living here if using this as stepping stone for home purchase. We leased here while we were looking for a house to buy because section #31 of their clause in the lease states that you are able to sublease with written consent but that was not the case. Then they tried to tell me that is a Florida standard. As a Floridian born and raised, that is NOT the standard... I have been able to sublease in other properties in Orlando by adding someone else to the lease and removing myself. Simple.

I live at Village at Baldwin Park since 2020 and I love this place. It’s beautiful, quiet and safe. The staff are very very nice they are always ready to help and they take a great care of this place, Emily and Bradley are great friends (they work at the office). I really enjoy living here and I highly recommend this place.

This is hands down the best gym in the Baldwin area as far as equipment. Also has a pool+ hot tub, pool tab, lounge area, and computers for working or going online. The staff in the office is very nice especially Emily!

Our leasing agent Emily helped my fiancé and I find and lease an incredible townhouse and we can’t wait to move in! It’s a beautiful property with great amenities and easy access to the Baldwin park area.

I lucked out with a great peeping view of Lake Baldwin. Love the trail and convenience right across the street to walk my little fur man.

Village at Baldwin park is beautiful in itself but one of the best maintenance teams i have ever experienced. Carlos responded to my emergency maintenance repair in the middle of the night and got it fixed quickly!

My family loves the pool and the clubhouse area. One of the reasons we chose Village at Baldwin park was because of the gym area, it's very large and has all sorts of equipment. Staff is great too!

The neighborhood is so beautiful. The management is very helpful. I like here!

Great apartment when you moved in, but beware. I lived here for a total of four years and multiple appliances would break and they would take sometimes weeks to fix. The apartments have a ventilation problem in the master bath, everything would mold and the air vents would rust. I had the air vents replaced 4 times. When I moved out I was charged $145 to replace the carpet, carpet was in my apartment for 4 years. I was charged $200 to clean the apartment, I cleaned the apartment before I moved. After taking my money and calls for 4 years, when I questioned the fees I was told that they could only answer my move out questions via email, they would not speak to me. Read all the reviews and beware!

I lived at Village at Baldwin Park for 3 years and just recently had to relocate due to work. This was by far the best apartment complex I've had the opportunity to live at. The entire team at VBP is friendly and attentive to maintaining a five-star standard of living. Don't look any further, Village at Baldwin Park will be the perfect fit for you! Thanks for such a fantastic 3 years - I'll certainly miss this property!

I've lived in several apartments due to the nature of my profession, and have been most pleased with Village at Baldwin Park. Baldwin Park is an amazing neighborhood to start with. But living here made the experience even better. What stood out to me most was the attentiveness of the leasing office and maintenance staff. Always timely, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The amenities here are great as is the location of this property. You're right next to Lake Baldwin and Cady Way trail, and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid any traffic noise in the main village. Nice, clean apartment with great amenities. I highly recommend this property!

This property is under new ownership as of January 2016. Research the new owners before leasing here. If you visit, take note of the neglected grounds. Dead grass, dead bushes, exposed pipes, lack of mulch and chipped paint. Management is either slick or stupid. Questions and concerns go unanswered. If you decide to lease here, only sign a 7 month lease. I wish I had.

This is our second apartment here at the Village and we really like it. We have always had a garage so we don't experience parking issues - which can be tight. The amenities are great, the staff works very hard to make sure your requests are taken care of on the same day. Even the mailman is nice! He came to our door when we moved in to introduce himself and welcome us! I love the location and the walking, biking trails around. It is near Winter Park and all that WP provides, but far enough from the traffic. We are close to I-4 and 408, near Semoran Blvd. so getting around is very easy. Good public schools and some good private schools nearby as well. The appliances are basic but all work fine. I haven't experienced neighbor noise in this apartment like I have in others. Rent is higher than outside Baldwin, but lower compared to other rentals inside Baldwin. Overall, I plan to live here until we decide to purchase a home/condo here in Baldwin.

Not a bad place to live. Directly across from a great running trail, which is utilized all the time! Minor maintenance issues are handled very quickly, but since I live just a few hundred yards from the giant trash compactor, which is always broken, that's not so great. The trash piles up VERY quickly. It's not only unsightly, smells pretty foul too! Walls are a bit thin, but that's typical. Great pool and good gym facilities too:)

We have lived here for over two years and the schools can't be beat! We love the location and this place has the best staff around!!!! You never have to worry with service requests as they are handled quickly. My kids love the pool and I must say it is one of the best we have ever seen :)

I love living at The Village at Baldwin Park. First of all, the quick response to maintenance issues is amazing. The staff responds to tenants questions, problems and issues quick and professional with always the tenant in mind. The surroundings are clean, well landscaped and maintained. The pool area, gym, Computer ,room, Theater is just what we all need after a week's work to relax alone or with family and/or friends. The apartments have luxury items such as upgraded cabinets, large mirrors in the bathrooms, I have a small office or "nook", not your usual nook though. The trims, window blinds and the porch is just perfect.

I recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment at Village at Baldwin Park. From the minute we viewed the property, my husband and I knew this was the place we wanted to live. From the resort-like ammenities to the friendly and helpful staff we have enjoyed every minute of living here. Our apartment is spacious and I love the wood floors in our kitchen and bathrooms. Being within walking distance of the Village Center was also a huge sell for us. Baldwin Park has so much to offer. The location is close to everything making commuting in Orlando easy and accessible. The maintenance staff is professional and responded immediately when we were having air conditioning problems. I have not been disappointed yet since living here!

If you want to live in a safe and secure neighborhood, minutes from everything, then this is the place! I have lived here nearly one year and can't say enough about the staff and maintenance people here. The units are luxurious and large, the grounds are well kept, and each unit comes furnished with a full size washer and dryer. Each unit has private access, and truly feels like a home, not an apartment. Try the tennis courts, loung or poolside gas barbeque grills. I like to exercise, and like the gym, along with the trails surrounding the complex that can take you miles away on foot or bike. I couldn't ask for anything more in an apartment home. Best apartment I have ever lived in!

Our apartment seems like a REAL home, located at a luxury vacation get-away spot! The amenities are fabulous, and we couldn't ask for more in a place to call home. The location is safe and quiet. Each unit contains washers and dryers in a utility room big enough to also house a small chest freezer. The bedrooms are very large, the windows are expansive to let in lots of light. Completely updated units make you feel like you're living the lifestyles of "the rich and famous". The large pool and deck area sitting next to a beautiful lake, has an unsurpassable feel and views. Gas grills and eating tables are also at hand for the "outdoor barbecue and pool party". If you like exercise, there is also a gym, tennis court, and club house complete with pool table, wine room, and techy WI-FI office room/space also available. The staff are rock stars, and management are quick responders. As if that wasn't enough, we also have 24/7 patrol. I would definitely give this complex 5 stars!
