Experience overall has been great. The staff are wonderful and super helpful whenever we need them. My only complaint is the cleanliness and tidiness of other residents. For some reason, people do not know how to use the trash chutes on the 4th floor and just leave their trash on the ground in the room.

I feel at home, safe, and quiet. I appreciate the help I receive when I ask for it. When I moved in, 2 days later my husband was very sick, went to hospital and diagnosed with cancer. I have not been treated any differently, and cared for properly as I continued to move in. Greatly appreciated!

I’m happy with my place. I do wish there was some type of discount or rent special for when I renew my lease in December. All of the amenities are a plus especially the covered parking.

The property looked better before the repainting efforts. Now, around the courtyard, the 5th floor is a hodgepodge of new and old paint, over spray and even left over masking tape / paper from the painting efforts. In my opinion its now an eyesore.

Village of Aspen Place is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The apartments are spacious and quiet enough for sharing walls and ceilings/ floors The appliances need to be updated, they are really showing west and tear and do not run at the quality they should. Very noisy washer and dryer. Refrigerator does not regulate temperature we’ll - in the middle temp froze all my fresh food I am looking forward to my new home for this time period

A terrible place for seniors leaving their home for less maintenance. I have MORE maintenance here. You can’t get rid of the cheap appliances, you just have to live with them. Staff is wonderful, but I can’t wait to move out.

Overall, living here has been great. As previously noted the only issues are a few amenities are out of order and there are some minor issues with cleanliness in community used areas. However, that does not dissuade us from looking to re-sign our lease.

We have really enjoyed living here. Just about a year and a half and it has been overall great. As with any apartment, sometimes noise and smells can be an issue but having been to other apartments, this place is by far the best. We would like to see some amenities get fixed up as they are advertised as a feature but otherwise, we love it here!

We really like living here. The residents are friendly, we love all the dogs, the amenities, walking to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants. We love the park down the way and how close we are to downtown Flagstaff. The apartment itself is beautiful. We really do love it.

Great location convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Whole Foods. Very short walk to downtown Flagstaff. Well maintained spaces. Good amenities - fitness room, massage therapist onsite, indoor mail and package concierge, indoor garbage chutes, and recycling available.

This apartment complex has overall been great. The amenities are largely in working order and are great, the convenience of living above retail and dining is fantastic. Management and maintenance are overall really helpful and top notch, things like little events and communicative emails really are nice. The only issues we have had come from residents, who simply do not care about what the lease says. That is not something that should discourage you from living or staying here as our unit is really nice and we have been able to make it our home. Thanks VAP.

I have been living in the Village at Aspen Place for 5 years. I highly recommend it. The amenities are great. My apartment have a beautiful view of Humphreys. The neighborhood is well located. Convenient location. The staff is friendly.

This has been my home for three years, and the management at VAP has ensured. Greystsr should be proud of this team and their willingness to deliver the residents a home. The location is great. I love the businesses that are so close. It is near NAU and my grandson’s work. The layout of the building is confusing.

Aspen Place and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The staff are like family. They work very hard for you and I just really care about all of them. This is home and it feels great!!!!

First and foremost, the apartment's location is superb. Situated in a vibrant and desirable neighborhood, it offers easy access to a plethora of amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. The complex is clean and well maintained! The location is great with shopping walking distance or a short drive away! The size of the apartment I have is great and not offered elsewhere! I moved here from another state and did the application online prior to visiting and doing a tour, the leasing staff was great in helping us through that all! Maintenance is on top of things!
