Property Ratings at Villa Tramonti
Water gets shut off consistently for OVER A YEAR now without warning and the notices they do send are after it’s already off. What a joke! Plumbing needs to be redone but landlord is obviously too cheap to do so.
If you are looking for a place where you neighbor can have loud music (party) during weekends and weekdays from 6:00 pm until 2:00 am and the company do NOTHING abut it since 8 months ago, you are in the right place.. or if you look for a place where you can find a dog poo all over the place... you are in the right place... and if you want to pay more each year for this "features" and some other things... well you are in the right place.. P.D. Today 06/23/2019 at 11:30 pm. my neighbor still have a party with loud music and I have to work tomorrow at 4:00 am
This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in. From the start, the community has been very welcoming. The apartments are well kept, and a maintenance request is ever needed, it is normally serviced the very next day! Rent is paid through an online system which is hassle-free as it automatically deducts the rent from my checking account every month so that I never have to worry about paying rent. The property is pet-friendly, and all pets are quiet and well behaved so you never have an issue. Many times that I have guests over, they are impressed by how well the property is cleaned and maintenance (especially considering that it is pet-friendly!) My apartment has a beautiful fireplace and lovely private patio. The property manager, Maria, is also the best I have ever worked with. She knows her business and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. Also, this is a prime location just a few blocks away from supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, laundromats (although there are two laundry facilities in this community), restaurants, schools, and parks. Overall love where I live and look forward to staying long-term!
I love our apartment. It's quiet, peaceful, and most importantly dog friendly!
