True Steal in the Heart of North Park

Small but cozy apartment in North Park at a discount. No dishwasher, in-unit laundry, or parking spot with this particular apartment, but there's a coin-op washer & dryer for the building and street parking is plentiful. A short walk from restaurants, bars, and breweries, no need to walk or uber to most of the hotspots. Paint, carpet, and blinds were replaced when we moved in, and the building is cat-friendly with no pet rent.

North Park - Off the Main Drag

A great apartment for 2 people. Safe part of North park 2 blocks from balboa park and nice historic houses. 3 blocks from university and 30th, the epicenter of North park. An cheap uber ride or bike ride to hillcrest and downtown. The apartment itself is well kept with a responsive landlord. The kitchen is a bit dated with older wooden cabinets and drawers, as well as tile countertops. Main bedroom is a good size for a queen bed and a dresser. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but functions well as an office or kids bedroom.
