I’ve lived here for almost a year and was drawn to how welcoming and wonderful the property manager is and the staff. The landscaping, vibe, apartment layout, storage, amenities are all fantastic! The property is safe and secure and have never had an issue with mail or anything stolen. I would stay here for years if it wasn’t for one problem making me seriously considering giving up all the pros. Before I moved in my stuff but after I signed my lease, I found a roach. Unfortunately there were only more from that point on. I will say the apartment manager has always been on top of calling pest control when I tell them I see roaches. However they can only do so much because neighbors around me might have them but if they don’t say something, pest control can’t enter. So feel like I’ve been patching a sinking ship for all these months. Just keep an eye out and look hard for any signs before signing a lease. I don’t think it’s all units… but I’m not sure.

I lived here for years now. I met lots of people here. Also the workers are nice and come if something is needed. They also let pets be here and have a place with grass and something on top incase it rain your dog won't have pee in the rain. The rooms are great. I say this is a good place to live in.

Just want to say... great maintenance staff specially to Juan the maintenance supervisor... every time i have an issue with the apartment he’s there helping me .... oh n don’t forget Alex too thank you guys.

I am a new resident coming from Costa Mesa and I gotta say, I am absolutely in love with this place. I love how the kids all play together instead of being stuck on electronics. I love how huge my apartment is, they cover water and gas which is awesome, and how friendly the managers are. I couldn't ask for a better apartment!

these are probably the worst apartments I've ever lived in. the maintenance men who come to fix whatever needs fixing are probably the worst! they come so much and nothing ever gets done correctly. the quality of these apts are more of a 1100$ range. it's so overpriced. no respect for the no smoking rule. it's crazy small. I cannot fit anything in the pathetic excuse for rooms they have. and parking? yeah get ready to park at least half a mile away and walk. the parking is the worst. they offer more parking structure but that's just extra money you shouldn't be spending, considering the high prices they have on their apts already. this is not worth it. I'm soooo excited for my contract to end.

the management is unserponsibe and uncaring. the parking conditions are horried. I was unable to have my privacy there is continues noise at all hours making it impossible to sleep. The apartments are so expensive, so please save your money, save your sanity and save yourself by finding a different apartment.

The manager at these apartments has no respect for the residents and involves personal matters with private matters. Taking time to observe the environment I realized that whenever someone moves in they don't stay long due to horrible parking, bad management, and the constant sound of sirens heard throughout the night and day as well. Furthermore, if you have a job in which you have to wake up early, I assure you, you will not get any sleep with all the children playing at all hours of the day. If you complain to the manger, she does not do anything and just ignores your request. Stay away from these apartments at all costs or at least make sure it's your last resort because you will regret it.
