Property Ratings at Villa Royale Apartments
Management here is terrible. They care about getting you in, but once you’re in and have your money, they don’t care about you as a tenant. One thing that bugged me is they’re soo slow to fix things if anything breaks down. It’s a hassle to get them to just do their jobs. Find different work if you don’t like what you do The current manager Jeanette has the worst attitude (from passive aggressive to straight out rude, she doesn’t discriminate). It’s hard to catch her in her office, even during the hours the office is supposed to be open. I encourage everyone, if you’re looking for a place to live, please keep looking. Avoid avoid avoid.
I work at Disneyland as a trumpet player in the Disneyland Band, I live 60 miles away from my work. It is a decent place to live, but the 2 hour commute every morning isn't appealing. Can't wait to live in a closer home.
currently living here, they take forever to come fix anything with the ap, very strick rules with pool usage and parking. Too much for an ok place.
