We love our apartment, it’s very spacious and clean and had a lot of new amenities when we moved in. The complex is very cute and well maintained. Brenda the property manager is very attentive and has great communication about everything going on in the complex or when you need anything. She made our move very smooth and she’s been so nice and helpful!
I have lived at Villa Monico for almost 10 years I love it here for many reasons but first being my manager Brenda she has always been very kind and always helpful when I'm in need for anything. She keeps are grounds clean and nice the landscaping is beautiful she has a green thumb for sure . Her family are very kind to.
I have lived at Villa Monaco for a short amount of time, and what I love most about my transition here is how kind and supportive Brenda has been to make me feel at home. The apartments are clean, neighbors are friendly and the grounds and laundry room are kept up nicely. Thank you Brenda for being so wonderful!

Amazing place to live, Brenda is super attentive to our needs have lived here for 7 yrs. She has always been so helpful and always available and one call away. Property very secure and well taken care of. Big community feeling everyone gets along with everyone. We were able to film part of the My dream quince show for paramount plus in the building and loved to show our community
I lived here for 2 years. It’s a beautiful community with lovely neighbors & management was always very accommodating. We are very sad to have to leave & will miss the place we called home.
I really have enjoyed my stay here at Villa Monaco. The management and maintenance has always been friendly and helpful. The kids love the pool in the summer and there is nice public BBQ right by the pool. Grounds are always clean and landscape is well maintained. Over all very comfortable place to live.

I've been here for almost 10 years. It has been a pleasure to stay here. Grounds are always kept clean by the manager and maintenance. Neighbors are friendly. Any issues I've ever had have been resolved in a timely manner, and always with good communication from the manager. I feel safe and content living here.
I've been looking for the perfect small apartment community. This was it. The complex was not crowded at all. Most residents had plants and their personal bikes on their private balconies which made be believe the complex was very safe.

This complex has great landscape and such a homely feeling. Everybody seems to know all their neighbors and you get a warm welcoming passing by people.
What a nice apartment complex. It is well kept and clean with beautiful landscapes. The pool area was very inviting. I especially appreciated the help of manager, Brenda. She took her time to walk through not only the grounds, but also the needed paper work.

Villa Monaco is a great apartment! It is always kept so clean. Brenda, the manager does a great job with running the apartments and keeping it a nice and friendly place to live. She is always so helpful and approachable. The location is very great too. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and schools. I would highly recommend checking this apartment out.

I’ve been living in Villa Monaco for about 10 years now. This complex has always been kept in amazing shape as long with great service from the maintence men. The manager is very outgoing and a respectable person to talk to if you have any questions regarding your apartment. There has never been a complaint coming from my end, everything is kept in great condition and it’s always very layed back here in Villa Monaco.

Vivi en esta propiedad hace 12 años y la verdad es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable con buen trato...ahora eh regresado a vivir y el lugar esta muy bien controlado ..callado y seguro con lavanderia y picina adentro.. lo recomiendo brenda la manager tiene buen trato y responde al momento ademas cuenta con mucha seguridad y apartamentos muy comos y amplios..

The landscape is such an eye catcher. Plants are alive and the pathways are kept clean by the manager Brenda. She is always so nice and helpful when needed. It's pet friendly and the neighbors are friendly so overall living in these apartments is an honor.
