Property Ratings at Villa Grace Apartments
We do not recommend this building for living. Despite the negative reviews, we decided to look at it, the apartments are very beautiful, there is Parking. But all the pleasant impression is dispelled by an arrogant manager who lies and says the price of an apartment is several hundred higher than the price on the site and also takes an application fee of $ 40 instead of $ 20 as on the site. When we told him that we knew the real price, he just kicked us out.
The landlord is too lazy, doesn't do amything about apartments, hangs up on the phone and is extremely rude and offensive. I wouldn't recomend anyone living here. Cocroaches, silver fish, noisy neighbors, terrible management. It all looks nice untill you live here for 2 weeks.
