Property Ratings at Villa Del Mar
I was a roommate for 8 months with someone in an efficiency unit and we had zero issues in the unit. Building 696. We didn’t have any issues with pests, noise, crime, etc. I know have my own apartment in the middle of the property and it’s also very quiet. The neighbors are very respectful. I’d recommend this place for anyone who is seeking some where safe and where the maintenance team in awesome along with Anai in the leasing office. Yes; the apartments are old. However, when you move in, the units have been painted and appears to have updated cabinets. You have your basic oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator without an icemaker which is not the end of the world. There are 3 laundry rooms on property which makes those without a w/d convenient. In all my time here, never had an issue waiting for a machine, even on the weekends! The location is great for many. It is very busy so trying to leave the complex making a left can be challenging (and the reverse coming in.
I have lived at Villa De Mar for 1 year and Absolutely love it! The ladies in the Office are always friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. When I moved into my apartment it was absolutely perfect! You can tell maintenance pays attention to detail and cares what the apartments like. If I call in a maintenance request they are on top of it! I Love how close we are to shopping and the Villa always is having a food truck here and other activities!

Excellent location, dated but well maintained complex. Only another bathroom would make it the perfect apartment for empty nesters.
My complex is very quiet place to live. They just re did the whole apartment with fresh paint and greenery. My apt has tons of storage space. I downsize from a two bedroom to a one bedroom and was so happy that I didn't have to put my stuff in a storage unit. I love that maintenance live on property so after hours someone will come within 15 mins. I love coming home every day.
