We also offer a fully equipped kitchen, private screened patios, two laundry facilities onsite, dog park, swimming pool and tennis court. The Oaks is pet friendly but with breed restrictions. Our location is in a well manicured wooded landscape setting which is located in the heart of Altamonte Springs. Just minutes from interstate 4, Sunrail Station and located on the Lynx Bus line. We are nearby Uptown Altamonte, the Altamonte Mall, local restaurants and shopping. This is also an ideal location for the University of Central Florida, Seminole State and Valencia University.
