Do to personal circumstance I was unable to proceed with application process. But I would just like to share how respectful and honest management was in showing me an apartment and being very thorough and responsive with all my questions and concerns. The whole process was quick and management maintained professionalism. Thank you Victoria!
This place make me feel like I’m getting pranked by them every time.. where do I start..... so I was told when we signed a lease I got a 1 bed room 1 bath with storage. A gated community with a pool and gym. NOTHING in the gym works at all, And now they are taking my storage space to turn into a washer dryer room. I asked them what I was suppose to do with my storage “ sorry but you’re going to have to figure it out” the gate never closes they blame it on the fire department when they are the ones that have the incorrect gate opener for the fire department to use. So I put blinds up to ensure my privacy since the gate doesn’t close. I was told they were a fire hazard and I needed to take them down. But I have had a uhaul truck infront of my building for 3 days. Along the fire lane informs of my house I hope I don’t have a fire because fire truck wouldn’t be able to access. Save yourself a headache and skip this place. It seems really nice at first but it’s been downhill since then
They will take your security deposit for "cleaning" and when you move they dont even clean the place. They whole place is infested with Cockroachs... Its over priced for the location and cleanliness. I had black mold in my apartment.
No stars picked. Make sure they do a Rental Verification before you make a deposit, buy rental insurance, switch your utilities over to your almost new apartment. Even though the Property Manager has told you that you been approved and welcoming you. Even a day before your ready to move in. Make sure the office help does thorough paperwork before you move in!! I got called a day before my move in and was told I owed rent to my previous landlord. If only the office help had done this before anything it would have saved me a lot of money and trouble.
Move in was so quick and easy! The paper work was processed quickly and staff was always avilable to answer questions. This was my first time renting so I was pretty nervous but the girls at Villa made everything better. The apartments are in a good area. Grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, and pretty much every type of store you need is close by. We haven't had any issues in our 6 months here. Haven't seen any bugs or rodents. Very nice and good value apartments at an affordable price would definitely recommend.
This is a great complex if you're looking for a good amount of space at a reasonable price. The property is well maintained, no loud noise or any issues with rude neighbors. Close to two major freeways, a 5 minute drive to either. Also 5 minutes from a fire station and police station. The 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment itself is great with a fireplace, large balconies, and mostly tile except for bedrooms. The shower is great quality, the only thing they could provide would be more cabinets for storage throughout. No linen closets, hardly any cabniets in the kitchen for food storage or dishes. All in all, a comfortable and affordable place to live.
I loved living here. The staff is polite and do their best to help take care of issues with the apartment. Service speed is moderate to fast. However, the pool is closed a lot on weekends and not during the week when people are working, and parties some people have in the quad area, which sometimes go until 11pm. Also, some neighbors play music late at night, but management appears to take care of noise complaints.
Friendly leasING agents make this a peaceful place to stay close to shopping bus transportation. Everything is within in walking distance since I don't have a car at the moment. They also have a fitness center basketball court. I have been here 11 months and enjoy the peace of my apartment
