Villa Cortina Condos
Pros: Relatively new, slightly upscale. Wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, small gym and pool. Proximity to Santana Row and major freeways. Cons: Limited Parking, backed up garbage chutes, yelling neighbors and packages disappearing from your doorstep. Plus exorbitant rents thanks to the South Bay's out-of-control housing market. Just-ok place to stay if you can get a unit at a decent rate.
