Situated on the south side of Lafayette, Broussard is the epitome of Cajun country. The culture here is about as authentic as it gets, between the food, the music, the language (many residents still speak French), and the festivals celebrating all of the above. Much of the local architecture dates back to the 19th century, with many well-preserved historic homes around town.
Broussard is definitely a small rural town, with many opportunities for hunting and fishing nearby, but rentals here are also conveniently close to the more urban attractions and amenities of Lafayette, including the Acadiana Mall, Lafayette Regional Airport, and the University of Louisiana - Lafayette campus.

Property Ratings at Villa Broussard
Villa Broussard is a great place to live. Great amenities the staff is very friendly and responsive. They are quick to make any repairs that need to be made and are very personable and friendly. I recommend it highly.
Front staff & maintenance personal are awesome!! I had a couple issues in 2 years and they were resolved quickly (leaky roof from hurricane & light bulbs needing replacing) I feel very safe in this neighborhood, no matter the time of day/night. I have only positive experiences since moving in. I would highly recommend Villa Broussard to anyone.
Buildings are poorly kept up bugs and spider webs hang in front of most doors, front gate gets broken every other month, residents cars are regularly broken into or tires are taken off and left on bricks. All and all this complex just wants your money.
Way over priced paper thin walls! Quiet time starts at 10 on Sat night. Two of the ladies who work in the office are very rude and not nice at all!
They will blame it on you even though you’ve never had bugs in your places before or after. It’s pathetic.

The staff is nice. It's pretty quiet around here. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the buildings sucks. Tons of bugs as well. I've had to bomb my apartment 3 times since moving in. (Once a month) Not quite resort living as they say.

Went to this place to check it out. The rent for the 3 bedroom is $1405 a month and they require you to have at least 3 times that a month in income before becoming a resident there. The application for it also costs $50 per person or $70 per couple staying there. Beautiful place, just a bit pricey.
