Located about 100 miles north of Seattle, Happy Valley is one of Bellingham’s most wooded neighborhoods. Beware- These apartments are filled with silverfish which are very hard to get rid of- it is so hard to get a hold of anyone for help. They act like they are going to do something but then never do. I pay a lot to stay here under these conditions.
