I think they should give plenty of notice on when they close the office if people need to pay their rent other than online or any other issue. There have been a few times I have called and I know the office gets busy but I live five seconds away from the office and I would walk in and a lot of the office staff is sitting around just not answering the phone just saying.

I just moved in and so far, the experience has been great! Everyone of the staff from the office to the maintenance crew is courteous and helpful. The neighbors are wonderful so far as well!

Viewpointe is a wonderful community with walking distance to grocery store, and State St. buses. It is clean, quiet, and safe. The hike in rent is no ones fault but the owners, and that can not be blamed on management which is amazing. If something needs attentions, filing a maintenance request is quick and easy and the response time is very good. The view to the East takes your breath away. Sincerely, Jennifer J. Generally, we've had a lot of issues since management switched over in June. I understand a good chunk is training and lack of staff but it's incredibly difficult to reach the office and our maintenance requests almost never get addressed anymore. It's taken over 2 months just to get our lease renewed and even then, the details are not correct and we're still waiting for corrected documents back. With apartment prices increasing and the value included not going up as well, it makes it very difficult to be satisfied with living here.

Rent is way too high and this place is always under kept, shopping carts and trash by all the dumps, landscaping is bad, and the entire time I've been here managment has been unhelpful. Also I've been here for 10 years and I can't get my carpets cleaned. I feel I'm owed that much.

For the most part, Viewpointe has been pretty good! There have been some upsetting miscommunication regarding rent changes and having to pay backpay even though things were not our fault. That being said, our apartment is well maintained, we have good neighbors and have had some great interactions and cooperation with staff! Overall a good experience.

I am here because I can't afford to move and honestly wouldn't pick this place if I could go back in time and start over. Constant rising fees, amenities never work (hot tub and pool closed often) and hidden fees.

We have been treated so well over the 13 months we've lived here from the office to the maintenance. Love the workout room because I can go exercise anytime of the day. So much better office staff. Professional and helpful. Emily goes the extra mile for sure.

Beautiful, quaint community with the nicest neighbors and friendliest, most responsive, professional staff. Centrally locatedjust minutes from I-15, great restaurants and grocery stores. Family friendly amenities including a playground, a pool and spa, fitness center, clubhouse, business center, and ample parking for residents and guests alike. We have loved living here at Viewpointe. The apartments are cozy and spacious, the location is great and neighbors are friendly. Management is great and they seem to care about their residents, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I recently moved out of this Alliance Property. First, I only received a statement in email. it listed over $700 in damages. I thought this was rather odd. I contacted customer service as it didn't list the specific charges. After multiple calls and emails, I finally receive what was damaged. One of the charges was over $600 in carpet replacement. I was confuse because we didn't leave the carpet in bad shape. I continued my inquiry to customer service. They sent photos of the carpet in a state that wasn't what we left it when we moved out. There appeared to be ripples in the carpet that weren't there. I sent them back photos of what the room looked like when it was furnished. I explained that they weren't there when we moved out. Instead of hearing taking my side, they instead say that this is what they charged me and they have photos. Please do not make the same mistake I did by moving here. We were tenants here for two years. I thought they would treat us well during move out. I was wrong. All they care about is getting the most money from you as possible. They will lie to you to get what they want. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
My husband and I made the best decision and moved to Viewpoint Apartments! The apartments themselves are so nice and updated, the kitchen especially is gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they've always been able to work with us if for some reason there's a complaint about a neighbor or if something needs to be replaced in the apartment. The community is very friendly. The grounds of the complex is always well kept, we're always down at the pool, we love it :) I have no complaints about these apartments (and I am a very picky person) and will recommend these apartments to anyone!
Clean classy and good location! A little pricey, wish there was more storage .
