Wonderful moving experience I had an awesome moving experience!!! All of my requests were addressed and taken care of, and the team was incredibly attentive and dedicated to making sure I had the best possible experience. I really appreciate their commitment and willingness to help. There are a few little things we still need to fix, but I know everything will be fine because I have the best team here at Legacy Oaks.

Everything was great, thank God. The only thing I know isn't their fault is that, unfortunately, I have to park far away because there are more reserved and handicapped-accessible parking spaces near my door than free parking.

Lovely Community Legacy Oaks is an all around great community. All the staff are WONDERFUL ! I appreciate that it welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and a range of age groups. It's nice that everyone can live in a comfortable and inclusive environment. There are always plenty of activities going on, and the amenities are top notch!

Garbage collection Unfortunately as of late there has been an issue with garbage. My garbage wasn’t collected the other day . Over the 4 th of July weekend someone dumped an entire trash bag filled with garbage in the handicap parking spot. I was unable to park there for 4 days until it was cleared up . At the pool there should be someone checking for people that live here using legacy’s pool. There are nonresident residents using the facilities and people aren’t cleaning up after themselves. Morgan is doing an excellent job as manager but there is a need for security in the pool area.

The units inside are great but the property outside is terrible. Everything is broken, gross, and there is trash everywhere. All the pool furniture is broken and has been broken since last year, management won’t replace it. The pool itself is always dirty and never really clean. And there’s all kinds of car breakins but no security improvements. Wish they’d improve in the exterior of the property because it wouldn’t be a bad place but at this point it’s just dirty and unsafe.

I'm approaching my fifth year at The View and I couldn't be happier. This community is simply a beautiful place to live. Its parklike atmosphere and the friendly interaction among the office staff, the maintenance crew and the residents, many of whom like me have been here for years, makes it a nice place to call home. In this crazy world we live in these days, it's comforting to live in a lovely safe environment like The View.
I've just signed my sixth lease - needless to say I love living here! It's a clean, safe, and friendly community. The staff is great - always cheerful and helpful. Management is always working to make it an even better place to call home! If you're looking for a new home - you'll love it here!
