Love living here. The only complaint is the parking. Very fee spaces for the amount of people living in this building. Work trucks should not occupy spaces in the front, but to the side.

Beautiful place. But roaches on move in day was not welcome I hoped for. A better emphasis on pest control could really help and enforced reminder of trash not being left all all night but front doors on days that valet does not run.

It’s been a fine place to live. If you don’t care about the lawn and maintenance you’ll live it. They use very harmful pesticides that will give your dog skin burns. When it rains, all the pesticides will flow into the pond causing an algae growth. They will then “treat” the pond causing fish and birds to die. The cycle repeats itself over and over. Not to mention the landscapers (which have changed numerous times) may or may not come depending on if it rains. You’ll have to wait an extra week for the grass to be cut. Not to mention, when they weed whack, they hit the irrigation lines causing water to shoot all over. May get fixed in a week or a month depending on how concerned they are. Adding to this, the trees are constantly falling over with 15 mph winds and almost all dying because they don’t get propped up for over a month. Don’t let them tell you it’s because of the “hurricane.” The hurricane was well over a month ago and these issue were well before the hurricane.

Very responsive and willing to help in anyway you need. They were willing to assist with both animals we have and ensuring we had all the correct information we needed to bring them as they are support animals. All the staff is personal, even the maintenance. They learn you by name and it’s like a small family.

So far so good! Can’t complain and it’s nice and quiet here. The two dog parks are great, the activities up front are fun to go to and I can’t forget the food trucks and Kona truck they bring out as well. Friendly neighbors and friendly workers.

I love my apartment, but the people around are very inconsiderate. There’s a lot of doors slamming, loud music, and dogs barking. There’s also a ton of people who smoke weed in their cars or balcony and it lingers to our space. People also do not know how to use the trash system, so there is trash all over.

facility is very nice; I did not feel great about the management reception. otherwise, the facility is gorgeous and well maintained. there was great planning in the community layout.

Vida Lakewood Ranch is a great place to live. It is a quiet place, perfect for the family. It has many amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, barbecue, pet spa, car wash, etc. It is a very nice neighborhood, we are very happy to live here.

I love my new home. Everyone here is nice and amazing. The area is quiet and I felt right at home on my first visit. The amenities are awesome. I love my walks around the lake and sitting out by the poo, reading my favorite book. Rosa in the office is the absolute best!!!

I am very happy in Vida, they always attend to any need that arises and the whole team is very attentive and friendly. The location is phenomenal. You have anything you need nearby and you have a very easy exit to the main roads.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to be!! The community is beautiful sunrise to sunset! Plenty of areas to walk my dog and bring her to the parks! Not to mention I’ve only been here a short time and have already met some nice people!

I have only been living here for about a week but so far so good! Rose and Jesse are amazing staff and go above and beyond to help!! The community is beautiful. There is a large walking path around the lake with work out stations. A great little dog park for small and large dogs. A free self wash car wash and vacuum. The club house is also great and there is a dedicated indoor space for dog washing. The only downside is the construction is cheap. There are so many little things I can say about that but as of now it looks beautiful, not sure how it will hold up long term. It’s a great community and I would recommend living here!

The experience has been light and peaceful, our location is privileged, the neighborhood is quiet, my only suggestion is to have an internal group for interaction and help between neighbors.
