We’re just a short walk from top-rated elementary and high schools, making our location ideal for individuals and families with and without children. The community has low turnover and a friendly, diverse mix of residents. On-site maintenance typically responds to high-priority repairs within 24 hours. There are NO HIDDEN FEES —rent includes water, trash, garage parking, fitness center access, and all amenities except laundry (minimal charge) and optional recreation room events. Applicants must have a minimum 660 credit score and pre-tax income of at least three times the rent. We are a no smoking, no pets property. Showings are by appointment only—no walk-ins.
