Awesome staff and fast process clean unit and lots of space

I went there for a showing a few weeks ago and the staff there is very friendly, the ladies in the office did a great job explaining to me how the move in process works, i am not from here, i will apply in future.

This place is absolutely awful and disgusting. The reviews will not lie to you. Do not move in this place even if it's your last choice. I got my keys in December of 2022. I reported mice in my apartment in January. It is now March and the issue has only gotten worse. The property manager Nathan told me to my face that I was lying about the issue because EPM (environmental pest management) said there was no mice in my unit. I have videos of the mice literally days after EPM left my unit. EPM came into my unit about 5 times within 2 months and nothing was fixed. Mice are jumping in and out access holes, running across the countertops. This place is infested. I packed all my stuff and returned the keys back to the office this month 3/2023 because there's no way I could continue to live under those conditions. This has been the worst experience of my life!!!! There's reviews about this complex going back for years about it being infested and its stillcinfeated as of March 2023. Theres trash all outside of the units, windows are always being busted out, kids loud all night outside, I could write a book about my experience. Do not move here!!!!!!!!

If I could give this community -10 stars I would. The office staff is horrible and unprofessional, especially the property manager. The apartments are infested with roaches and mice. The mice literally dance on top of the bait boxes, and then go back into their access holes.. kids are constantly outside being loud and fighting and recently my window was shot out or something was thrown through it while I was out of town for the night. Please stay away from Victoria village!! Renting here will be the worst mistake you ever make.

It’s infested with rats & roaches. The office staff takes care of their problems before tenants and if you stay on top of them they act like you’re annoying.

If i could give this complex a negative I would, they are infested with mice, there maintenance is terrible, the owners are terrible. The complex just needs to be tore down

This place is infested with rats management do not care they will bring you dirty appliances and when you ask for a new one they will ignore you move here at your own risk can wait till I get the hell out of this rat-infested dump

This appertment is the worst I have problem on AC I am try to complain more than 100 time to fix the issue they always say that we will send maintenance soon but they dint send and the area is no secure too dint try to live here this place is not good to live .

When I first moved to Columbus I lived at these apartments for 2 months. I had a 2 bedroom in the basement level of one of the buildings. One of the bedrooms would leak every time it would rain, the whole room would be soaked and reeked of mold. I was able to pull up the carpet (which wasn't properly stapled to the ground) and saw that the entire floor had black mold covering it, it was also making it's way up the wall. I had 5 attempts with the office to get this fixed and couldn't even get anyone to come take a look. I couldn't even use this room because of this issue. Finally, after fighting and threats made to sue the apartment complex, I was told that they would send someone in to repair the leak and clean the mold. Their version of fixing the problem was sending in a carpet cleaner, and the carpet cleaner told me that this is the 4th time they have been there to clean the carpets within the last 6 months, and during that time frame I was the 3rd person to live there. Needless to say I fought with the office and got out of my lease after just 2 months of living there. The place also had roaches EVERYWHERE. I also felt unsafe, people were constantly lurking in the hallways drinking and smoking weed. People would also bang on my door at 3am (I wouldn't answer since I lived only and I am a girl in her 20s). Had to call the police a few times to take a look around. Please do not consider living here, for your health and safety.

This place is the worse. I rather go stay in a family shelter before living at this place again. I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up. They are infested with bed bugs and roaches. I had to get treated multiple times. I NEVER had bugs until I move there. They control your heat with a certain thermostat unless you have a medical condition so on the coldest winter night when you heat up it doesn’t change. One of the old maintenance men told me that before he left. This place needs to be shut down. I will give them negative 5 stars

I found this place on the Internet while I was being STALKED. I went 2 see the place and was NOT impressed. I needed something right away and ended up staying there almost 2 years. The place was convenient, beautiful floor plan, the staff (administrative& maintenence) are the best and quick at rectifying "ANY" concerns IMMEDIATELY. I moved 2 Killeen, Texas in a brand new $200,000 house but this place was a HOME! I am coming back 2 Ohio and I will live in a shelter until they get a space 4 me. #teamCordoba

This place has an infestation they arent cleaned i moved my frig and stove cause i got tired of the buvs found out more than what was told i will never stay here another year all they want is the money

just moved in place is kept clean the grounds are nice i think we will be happy here
