vehicle break ins

Don’t live here if you don’t want your vehicle broken into. Complex is very prone to break ins and ardent (the leasing company) is doing nothing about it. 20 break ins, in under a month is a little excessive. Happened to me and my partner 2 times already in the last month.

do you like your car?

If so, don’t move here! I still live here (sadly). My car was stolen amongst many other cars. And last weekend I just witnessed my own car trying to be stolen AGAIN!!! Sunday at 11 am! It’s crazy. They “claim” they have security, which they don’t. They literally do not care. They have a patrol car that drives around once in a blue moon. If you want your car stolen, move here.

STOP!!!! Ask questions before signing a lease

Don’t let the shiny new pain fool you. Do you research. Paper thin walls very unprofessional management and unwillingness to fix the problem. After 10 emails and phones a call to corporate was the only way for management to return a very unprofessional call.

Not good

Make sure that you check your ac me and my family have lived without ac all summer it’s been very hot they yet came to repair it and it’s going into fall! There is trash all over property broken glass in parking lot it’s not clean at all people drive very fast threw parking lot the do not touch paint inside apartment it will instantly get a mark on it very cheap paint ! The trash compactor is very nasty with trash everywhere do not move by the dumpsters The courtyard floods ! There’s trash and food all around stair wells and on steps kids bikes everywhere in courtyard and people leave all kinds of trash outside door and it blows everywhere this is a very low up kept property the parking lots are extremely dark at night please be careful l. Make sure your closets and bedrooms doors shut properly! It’s not worth the money it just looks nice
