Do NOT rent here. The pool is so hot it is not enjoyable in the summer and any maintenance requests, take weeks to resolve.

Since move in it’s been a headache. Bathroom was full of mold and filthy I was promised a free cleaning and never got it, was promised new grout and silicone fittings for shower since they were rotting away never got it. I was told my flooring was discontinued to which I later learned was a lie because Kyla was lazy and my floors are still beat up and cracked. Horrible lawn maintenance, sprinklers go off at random times and spike water bills I could go on and on… this is a beautiful community and I love my house itself but the management and lack of hustle on their part to get anything done is what is resulting in me not even thinking about resigning my lease.

My experience has been great until recently when maintenance on my back yard was neglected for weeks on end. I had foot high tall weeds all over. Ants hills were growing and they were biting. It is improving, but I do have dead grass all over.

Vickery Grove is the best kept secret in San Antonio. The rental homes are private, quiet and spacious. They have a double garage and a fenced back yard. They are well maintained with an on-site maintenance staff.
