I've been renting an apartment managed by Nicole for several years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Nicole has been incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions that I've had, and has always gone above and beyond to ensure that my living experience is comfortable and enjoyable. She is constantly working to maintain the property and make improvements where necessary. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, Nicole has been quick to respond and has always been able to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to making sure we have a safe and clean property have made my time here a truly enjoyable one.
Nicole in particular with the leasing staff made the experience truly seamless. I came from a nightmare situation and she completely restored my faith in a property management/leasing team. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure things are taken care of are what makes her exceptional. Also made herself available through text message throughout the entire leasing process, which was great for someone who works at home like I do. Property is brand new and has a lot of great amenities. Laundry in unit is also a big plus. Neighborhood is on the up with a lot of remodeled buildings being built. Check this place out!
