On my second year here and for the most part it's been great. Lately residents and their guest have showcased a lack of respect for the community and it's tenants. From trash being left in the hallway on non-pickup days to trash in the parking garage to loud pool parties with amplifiers and microphones. I really like my unit and the proximity to town. I do not like large dogs in the halls off leash, smokers on the patios in a NON smoking community and ANTS! We've seen several this year even with the ant baits. They're even at the pool area. The Apartment Life Coordinator is great and has cultivate some really cool events. Slightly disappointed that restaurants didn't move in like we expected. Management is pretty responsive.

Building is clean the apartment is really nice. I like all the amenities that’s included. My best part is the garbage takeout and the pool. I am enjoying it.

Pretty good overall. Great amenities, maintenance, and overall living conditions. Guest parking can be a hassle at times when the Echo street events take up all street parking spots.

Very nice place staff was helpful and nice.The place is very secure and clean nice workout area pool area very nice.Studio apartment has all the room you need nice walking shower kitchen area has plenty of room nice size washer and dryer.Great place to throw a get together or small party.Garage area has plenty of room easy access to whatever floor you are on overall I love the place.

I love my apartment community. The amenities are great. The traffic sucks when there are events and it can be a little noisy at the pool but aside from that no complaints
Move in was scheduled and completed with ease. I settled in quickly and checked out the numerous amenities my complex has to offer. Residents I encountered were all friendly. I love the diversity within my apartment community. There’s always something to do with planned events for the residents. I already enjoy living here!
This complex has been amazing so far! Everything is clean, tidy, and all of my neighbors have been friendly. This is also located in the heart of midtown, so there are plenty of local stores to shop and eat! Let's not forget about the beltline that is also right outside of this complex!! Highly recommend!
I like the vibe . The people the ambience. It’s lowkey and just a cool environment to be in . I haven’t gone to the pool yet but I’m pretty sure it will be a fun time too.

I moved in February and things have been going well so far. It is close to everything in the city and I feel safe here. My unit is pretty sound proof so far, my neighbor has a dog and I cannot hear it once I close my door.

Not going to lie, this has been the smoothest transition. Everything is literally perfect. Only problem I had was with parking at first but it was fixed next day. I kinda love it here already.

Good apartments for the price, leasing staff is generally kind and helpful. I had ants in my apartment shortly after moving in, which was unfortunate, and leasing has no trolley/cart to help move boxes, but other than that I have few complaints.

Lovely brand new apartments on the bel-line. Nice location and has greats future building plans. Love the high ceilings and grand high doors.

I have only been here for under a week but thus far pretty good. I would only recommend that if you want absolute quiet to get the apartments on the top floor.

I love the Vibe at Echo property. Everyone in the leasing office has been so helpful. The property is well secured, especially the parking garage. Being conveniently close to the Beltline is a huge advantage.

It’s a very nice property and my unit is beautiful, but the noise level at the pool sometimes can be a little ridiculous. I’m not sure what the rules are about that, but with an interior facing unit, the loud music at the pool can be irritating after a day of work and coming home to relax. Other than that I like the place, but I wish management did more about the noise.

Absolutely love Vibe from the first walk through to move-in. Glad I can now call this place home. The amenities saved me on renting more space, like for an office workspace. The apartments are very spacious and roomy.

The trash chutes are dirty a lot and you have to tell them to clean it or the maintenance won’t clean it. The grill at the pool doesn’t work and their bugs in the gym . Also , the parking situation is a bit annoying. When I moved in it was not very clean either and the paint job was horrible . Also the bathrooms near the gym the water doesn’t work at the sink so you are unable to wash your hands . Hopefully it will get better but I’m going to start looking for something else in Midtown.

I love the staff. The apartments are nice and in the center of westside midtown life.the westside belt line is directly in the back of the apartments. Just a great experience this far.

So far everything has been really good no major issues. The only thing I still notice are ants crawling around the coffee station and a puddle of water still in front of the fridge in the mailroom. I brought it the attention of staff and they fixed it but then after another week went by it was happening again. Also the road closure has been kind of annoying but everything with the apartment itself is good .

I’ve been here for two months, and I love it! Outside of having a beautiful apartment, the property is safe and quiet, the staff is helpful, and the amenities are amazing! Maintenance requests also get resolved really quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Our leasing agent Emanuel was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire move in process smooth and easy. The building and room is great, maintenance had addressed all my issues promptly. Only real complaints is the occasional near by events where the parking lot is open to the public, neighborhood isn't great, and getting out on to the main road is a bit of a hassle.

My residence experience started off rough. It took Alexia to help complete my process in two weeks that her employees couldn’t do in four months. So instead of focusing on the bad, I’m going to move forward with how great it turned out. The apartments are beautiful, well thought out. I love the big bedrooms and it’s on the Westside Beltline.

Apartment itself and the management staffs are nice. Overall, I am having a satisfactory experience here at Vibe. Only downside is that when I was moving in, the apartment unit I moved in seemed to be slightly undone. There were some marks on the flooring and some of the flooring tiles were lifted.

All is well at the Vibe. We absolutely love the apartment and the beautiful community. The only reasons for a 4 stars are 1) The closet shelves in our unit keep collapsing/failing when loaded with clothes. Thankfully maintenance fixes it, but it has been a inconvenience on 2 separate instances. 2) The weekend parking deck gets full with random vehicles (unruly and boisterous guests of neighboring business’). I would deem this an inconvenience to residents. 3) The parking deck/garage could likely use some corner mirrors for safety purposes. Some cars speed up and down the ramp, and with tight turns, you could possibly run into another. Besides the above items, the staff are great, the property is comfortable and overall a pleasure to call home.

Nice seamless move in. So far no issues. It’s very quiet with a relaxed vibe to the community. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet and counter space.
