Been here for almost 4 years now…and things have deteriorated ever since the change in management company. Incompetent. And beware of the constant water/power shut offs and fire alarm testing (I’d say almost once a month)! Plus, a flooded basement p1 garage when it rains. Don’t get smitten by the leasing office - it’s all a façade. Including the reply (which I’m assuming you’ll see it once this review gets posted). Rent kept increasing but the standard kept decreasing. Go somewhere else
- Rude management, They changed managers in 2022, and the leasing agents/property manager are incredibly rude, disrespectful and do not care for you. - Smoking is an issue, people will smoke all over the apartment and they have yet to do anything about it. - Dogs pee all over the place. - They blare music in the courtyard to try to cover up the sounds of construction they have. This will continue all night long. You will hear music at 3am. - Force residents to move their cars, which will allow construction to drill above cars without warning residents.
The package room here is horrible, I’ve never lived anywhere and experienced this. There is an Amazon locker system that isn’t big enough for the building, so there are around 100 packages just left sitting on the floor of the room at any given time. I have spoken to the building several times about this but nothing has changed. I have heard excuses and a plan for more Amazon lockers but they have said this for months. Excuses on why it’s the delivery company who is at fault, but all I ever hear is excuses. They are very hands off on their approach with solving the issue when they could implement a system tomorrow to at least help organize packages on shelves, taping on the floor, etc… so at least you don’t have to search through 100 packages disorganized and piled on top of each other. If you don’t get a lot of packages or don’t mind sifting though a pile, other than that it’s an ok building. Pretty quite and fairly new so most things are in good shape.

my apartment does not have hot water we have room temperature water and hot water is essential. We have been told that it takes a while for the boiler to get hot water to our apartment and at certain times it has to run for at least two minutes to get it hotter. hot watrer has been an issue.
Vestalia seems like a lovely community and seems as if it goes beyond borders to make residents feel at home. Customer service was excellent.
Three crimes have taken place since I moved here in August; however, there was another crime that occurred right before I moved here. Go to City of Glendale Police Department to run an incidents report for this apartment. Two of these crimes include vandalism of cars in one garage (October 24th), while another was a robbery in another garage (August 26th) and another incident included stolen cycles (August 2nd). There doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency to place additional cameras by management or provide other high-security measures. There is a possibility that some of these crimes are being committed by those living within the complex. Regardless of where these criminals live on-premise or off-premise, crimes are happening here. I would not move here. It is unsafe. Criminals have properly cased this place, and they see how this place is easy to commit crimes. Also, once someone gains access to the elevator, they can enter any floor of this apartment complex. This is dangerous for women and children. There are also no cameras in the stairwells, which means if you get attacked, there won't be any footage of it. Please find an apartment complex that has more sophisticated security measures. Security and safety are important to tenants, and Vestalia and Lincoln Property Company are not providing comfort and peace of mind to those of us who want to return to their apartment without experiencing fear.
The building is nice and new. There are a lot of security cameras, and there's a nightwatch, so I feel safe. Walking distance to the Americana.
It is honestly the best apartment I've ever seen so far because of the quality of units and countless amenities
I think the surrounding area is great however the prices for the apartments are much steeper than what my friends and or family would be willing to/be able to afford.
I would recommend more elevators with faster speed. Also more cameras in parking area and hallways for more security.
The place is clean, new, and well-maintained. The rooftop view is beautiful!
