Property Ratings at Versailles Gardens Condominium
The community is quiet most of the time. People are minding their business. The garbage truck always comes on time; the outside of the property is always decent. There are no amenities, as the description of this place says. There's a pool that it’s been closed the whole time I was there, no gym, no grill area, and basketball and tennis courts no in condition to be used. The buildings are old, and so are the units. My unit was renovated, and it felt amazing the first month. Since day one, I've been dealing with the roaches, and even though I did monthly treatments in my apartment, the roaches never disappeared. Although I reported several times to the association that building 17 needed to be intervened, no one did anything about it. I had to break my contract and lose my deposit because of the unsanitary conditions. My contract stipulated that the extermination goes by the tenant, which I shouldn't have been agreeing to since the beginning. Besides the monthly rent, which was expensive for those living conditions, you need an extra budget for extermination. So my honest opinion is that look for another place if you care about your money.
The community is very quiet. Everyone seems to just go about their business and doesn’t bother anyone which I love. The leasing company keeps the outside clean . The garbage area is washed out each time garbage is collected and they regularly paint and wipe the walkways. They really do try. The buildings however need to be washed as they all have stuff hanging from them. The apartments are very old . I clean my apartment thoroughly every weekend yet there are roaches, lizards and spiders. I never know what creature I will find in the morning. My one year lease will be up soon and I will be out . I am sure there are much better places .
The apartment is good but the owners refuse to fix anything in there so that's why I think it's sucks
