Apartments are roach infested, work orders are marked as complete when they aren't, which is fabrication, and management lacks communication and makes up lies for why the roaches aren't being dealt with.

I came here after a divorce and was very nice. A moved in the next day and Maria was awesome in these trying times for me. I also had to move into a bigger apartment 6 months later and she got something for me in a day which helped me tremendously. What makes any place worth giving your money to in any organization is the people that are working and treating the clients in a welcoming way. Maria and her staff have made this situation a much better with their hospitality. Thank you!!!

Ive been here two years and have made a family of nice neighbors. I will be sad to leave the community. Maria A. the manager has been very helpful with all my requests and makes living here more pleasant. This community is close to several good stores and is right near the military base. Check it out ! I think you will love it !!!

First the management team is excellent. Maria A. is professional as well as approachable and gracious. The complex is located close to El Rio clinic, Urgent Care, Fry's, Safeway, Walgreen's and Walmart Grocery. All within walking distance. I have been here for almost three years and recommend this property. Kelly B.

management—The current property manager needs a position that would better fit her lack of a welcoming attitude, lack of communication and time management skills. She will delay, ignore and make excuses when it comes to addressing any problem. The building is in horrible condition but location is fantastic.The problems have increased over the years and the property management's attitude has got worse. There is consistent parties going on in the back of the property, dog poop around the property, bugs crawling up the drains and leaking roofs. Too many options in Tucson to give this one a consideration.

The property itself is falling apart. Many cases of bed bugs and roaches, the main office and gym are upgraded while the actual apartments are cheap and deteriorating. The laundry room door is broken so you have to sit and fiddle with your key till is finally lets you in. The landscaping has gone down and they never repaint the cement in front of apartments so it's all cracked and missing. The rent is always all over the place and they constantly try to charge for things you already paid for. Zero stars

Do you not move to these apartments they are roach infested they never fix anything they’re fake a smile on your face and stab you in the back so if you want to live in a place like that feel free I would never recommend anybody to live there I lived there for a year and a half went through for office managers they can’t seem to keep anybody their rent is never the same so if you feel happy you want to live there go for it I get it zero stars

Verrano park is the best place to live they always are glad to help you when you need it. I been here for about 2 years and I love it. It's very quiet here. I'm very happy here. The office staff is nice and friendly.

you close to shopping., medcail centers food stores what ever is your needs are here on the east side of tucson az has to affer you as for the weather you have to deal with some hot temps for a few months than cool months so tucson has alot to affer to someone who is new to the city injoy.
