Lovely Neighborhood BuT the building & appliances are old & poorly maintained. Once a month the sinks & toilets stop up for no reason. 24 -hour towing & visitors must park up front only! The heat DOESN'T WORK !!! RuN FoReST RuN !
I rented a 2 bedroom. Every appliance in My Unit DiD NoT WoRK Properly. The floors were warped and not level. My heating and air condition unit DiD NoT WoRK.The apartments are spacious,great location and the neighborhood is safe. The staff are always professional even when ignoring your issues.The maintence staff are wonderful but overwhelmed. This property could be wonderful if they would do the upkeep and invested in new appliances.
Great staff!!! Smart, friendly, and helpful. Very clean the maitinence staff kicks butt! I also feel very safe walking my dog late at night. Everyone I have come in contact with is very nice. If you're looking for a place to call home. COME HERE
I've lived here in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Hickory Hill over 15 years and I've always loved the spacious design and step down foyer of the apartments. It's what makes these apartments unique. The master bedroom is a very nice size and offers ample closet space (walk-in) if needed. The eat in kitchen is also exceptionally sized for an apartment. Plenty of room to add a small table & chairs. Lots of closet space for storage, coats or whatever. My only complaints on the apartment is with the appliances & plumbing through out. Each unit has a dishwasher but it's a really old model that seems to break down constantly. Same thing with the fridge and stove. If these appliances were to be updated, Hickory Hill would've received a 5 star rating.
Good quality apartment lovely home looks like a nice safe and settle envorinment to live in would love to move in soon ??????????
