We have to pay for garbage pick up, package delivery and so much extra stuff that I can't recommend this place. I probably won't be able to stay here after this lease. Rent is already high enough. Parking I'd understand but the rest is nonsense.

To live at the Verona Apartments there a great place to live for a first apartment. You rarely hear the neighbors, the apartments are pretty quiet. You don’t hear a lot of o/s noises. There a good place to start.

I'm happy with the place but it was not ready for me to move in so I've had maintenance there 3 times to finish painting and repair broken or missing locks ,garbage disposal,painting etc...Cheyenne from the office was super helpful in getting these issues taken care of as quickly as possible. She has went above an beyond for me.

The new management and office staff are wonderful- which is a refreshing change from the last management company- super friendly, professional, and helpful! They really try to foster more of a "community" culture, with ways for the residents to connect with/help each other, and fun interesting events. I don’t trust very many people in my home, James and Cody (the maintenance team) have definitely earned my trust. It feels nice to rent somewhere and be comfortable submitting a work request because you know you can trust the person coming into your home. I no longer worry about missing work to be home to meet someone there.

The friendly outgoing staff is what keeps me here. The maintenance team greets us when they see us, the manager is always walking around the property checking out things and I often stop by the office just to chit chat.

I’ve lived at Verona for 3 years, I have no intention on moving any time soon. Everyone on the management team greets me every time they see me. The resident events are always a blast and the ladies in the office will always have you smiling by the time you leave the office.

Verona is a value but the quality is garbage. It used to be nice but now it’s just ghetto. The pools always closed because of vandalism and the hot tub is a kids pool basically. The online portal is bs because they charge an extra fee for paying your rent. There’s 2 fees to pay rent when you used to be able to drop off a check.

Ive been a resident of Verona for the past three years. If it werent for the new staff and building improvements I wouldnt have renewed my lease. Great changes!
The new management and staff has been a huge improvement this year. My service request get completed, my emails get responded to and the staff greets me by name everytime someone sees me. I love it here!
I had called maintenance because I had no hot water, and they arrived within 10 minutes and my hot water back working in less than 15 minutes. Highly impressive compared to the maintenance team last year.
The first places Ive rented from where I feel at home. The office staff is so welcoming and maintenance has gotten all of my work orders done within 24 hours. Pretty impressive if you ask me. The property manager is always available and easily to talk to about any concerns I have had.
I am entering my 3rd year here at Verona. Residents are friendly. There is a mixture of ages and culture. It is pet friendly. I feel safe in this area. Management has been friendly and attentive even during COVID changes. We are kept up-to-date by emails and notices posted on our doors. I love that I can walk to businesses close by should I need to as well as quick access to the Platte River trail.
The maintenance team is extremely friendly and knows everyone by name. The ladies in the office are beautiful souls that truly care about their residents. I always feel welcome in the office and the managers door is always open and shes always available. I havent had to deal with corporate but I can only imagine they are just as great as the Verona family.
Verona has been a great place to call home the last few years. The exterior improvements, management and maintenance have made a huge improvement.
The move in process was extremely easy and everything is paperless. You can pay your move in costs on line and set up automatic rent payments. The reserved parking is a little different than what Im use to but I love it! You pick the space you want and the maintenance teams installs a Reserved Parking Sign.
Living at verona has been nothing but pleasant. Its located near just about everything I need. The ladies in the office are such a joy to talk to.

My move in couldnt have been any easier. Everything was fine online, Natasha stayed in contact with me since day one. My apartment is exactly what I expected and more.
The new management and maintenance team is such an improvement. The exterior property renovations have made a huge difference. It would be nice if the other residents took pride in the pool area and stopped damaging everything.
Convenient to just about everything you could possibly need. The neighbors are quiet and dont bother me. The maintenance supervisor stayed in communication with me daily regarding my dryer replacement. I worked definitely recommend Verona.
