worst place to live

1. Bad customer service ( leasing office are horrible to communicate with) 2. Dirty neighbors, people throwing garbage around and dog poop everywhere, let’s face it, your gonna face dirty neighbors who don’t clean after themselves and spread it around. 3. Parking nightmare - expect your car to be towed. 4. Gym and swimming pool poorly maintained. Pool is always dirty, gym equipment are broken and never fixed. 5. Bugs is a whole problem, expect to see rats and roaches because again, who doesn’t love a dirty community. 6. Gated community????? What’s the point if the gates are always broken and whoever can come in and out. So funny, the gate code doesn’t even work if you have friends visiting to give them access to the gate, ( when the gate is actually closed) Pictures are deceiving, poor management, bad neighbors and it’s sad, this place has potential to be a great community, but all these things I mentioned start to stack up which makes you realize, you can’t call this home unless your ok with all these bad points. I mean it’s proof enough they have a lot of empty apartments because everyone is fed up and leaving. Do you want 1 positive note just to make people happy, Weather is nice, this is California , yaaaay.

Not clean, bad customer service

We moved in and dog hair everywhere we informed the office and said they were going to clean it and did nothing about it, we had to clean ourselves. The person in the office said they did what they could, we took videos of before and after we had to clean. Dishwasher was full of hair, same the fridge, and closet animal hair everywhere in the apartment.

Happy to Call Vernola Home!

I recently moved in and have been helped by Maggie and Mia throughout the entire experience, and I couldn't be happier. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful in the moving process, answering all of my questions and making sure everything went smoothly. They were always available to help and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my new home. In addition to being incredibly helpful, Maggie and Mia are also just great people. They are kind, friendly, and always willing to chat and get to know their residents. It's clear that they truly care about their tenants and want to create a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. The apartment complex itself is also fantastic. The units are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with all of the amenities you could want. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, with plenty of green space and outdoor areas for residents to enjoy. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment complex enough. Maggie and Mia are amazing managers who go above and beyond for their residents, and the complex itself is wonderful. If you're looking for a new place to call home, this is definitely the place to be!

So far so good!

I moved in a couple weeks ago and the team here made everything so smooth and easy for us. The amenities are top notch, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They respond very quick to any questions, concerns, and fixes. Maintenance staff is very fast and helpful. The grounds are very clean and well kept so far. Setting up internet was as easy as scanning the already installed router and subscribing to the services I wanted! I love having friends over and enjoying the pool. Could not recommend more giving this place a try!
