horrible management. Out of a/d for 4 months and couldn’t live in the apartment, but was forced to pay rent. They promised me things would be fixed, and they never were. When I moved out they charged me for everything. Things that I begged them to fix for the year I lived there. Mold everywhere! Beware of this place they need shut down

Once you’ve cleaned up the mold and grime and masked the musty smell good enough to live there, and then put in the effort to clean it before turning in the keys, they will still charge you for cleaning fees. Management is not responsive and don’t care, and In the end, I got charged cleaning fees after leaving apartment cleaner than move in day…. Avoid this place.

I move out of the complex in less than two months and it can not come quick enough. Horrible maintenance team, not a single consistent leasing agent or manager has stayed in office, my move in paper work was "lost", every month with my rent something always goes wrong and I end up with multiple late fees, and multiple parts of of apartment was broken and they still haven't fixed the issues, I waited three months for them to install my microwave/ exhaust fan above my stove, my dining room light is just a hanging rin with the light bulbs just dangling, all issue I've let the office and maintaince team know, the maintenance team doesn't like to come into my apartment because they don't like dogs. Seriously don't move here it's not worth it.

Veridian is a great property! Great prices for a townhome in Melbourne! Close to shopping and recreation and beaches! The best thing is the out door area each apartment has it is a must for pet owners! Another plus there are no upstairs neighbors with the townhouses and 1 bedroom apartments!! Very Quiet, clean and cozy property.

We lived at the Veridian Townhomes for 3 years and were extremely happy with our living situation until the last year when they changed management. The management is extremely unprofessional and dishonest in all aspects. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our AC unit broke several times and each time someone would look at it and say it was fine, as the temperature was 87 degrees and the thermostat was set to 68 degrees for days. We went an entire week in July with no AC. After several requests they did supply us with a temporary unit for the bedroom, which shut off up to 10 times a night and would require you to get up and empty the water out of it. After about a week of the temporary AC, they did replace our unit. Our water heater also leaked for MONTHS because it was installed incorrectly and was exposed to electricity and it took several visits for them to replace it. Our water bill was through the roof! The trash is always overflowing and smells awful throughout the entire property. The list goes on and on. We have since moved out (thankfully) and yet they are continuing to have us pay to replace the carpets and cleaning fees, and tried to give us a fee for moving out without notice (even though we did give notice).

I read all the great reviews before renting (and the few bad ones) and thought since there were more positive reviews than negative ones, it would probably be a nice place to live - wrong!! Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and it’s a nice quiet area. Downstairs has nice “wooden floors” and the upstairs seems to have new carpeting. The bathroom sinks and toilets also seemed to have been upgraded recently. The kitchen counters are nice and it looks like everything was recently painted. Cons: The Place was so filthy when we moved in that I had to hire a cleaning crew to come in. I rented from out of town and falsely assumed the place would be move in ready. All I saw was pictures before I signed the lease. When the cleaning team came in, even they were disgusted. The laundry room is outside and too small for a nice full-sized washer and dryer. My son had to sweep it out because there were nasty stuck on clothes on the floor and who knows what else. It smelled like a rotting body so he had to pour bleach on it to get rid of the smell. Other than that the kitchen cabinets are stained on filthy on the inside. The showers were disgusting, one of the shower doors doesn’t work, it’s rusted. Half of the closet doors are off track and need to be fixed. The fridge is rusted on the outside and was missing drawers along with having cracked shelves that look like they were superglued. The sliding door doesn’t have a lock. So many things. Yes, I called the front office to put in a maintenance request and no one has come. I don’t know where the people live that left the good reviews, but it’s not the same place I live. If it wouldn’t cost me almost $4k to break the lease and have to bare the cost of moving after just paying all this money to move here from out of state, I would be gone!!

I know some people have written that they had bad experiences renting sight unseen; however, my husband and I did just that and absolutely LOVE Veridian! We moved from Virginia, so there was no way for us to physically tour the property ahead of time. The staff is fabulous and extremely responsive, and helped make the transition for us as easy as possible. We love the pool area, and the community is quiet and peaceful. I definitely do not hesitate in recommending them to anyone moving from out of the area to Melbourne. You won't be disappointed!

Don't overlook this GEM!!!! Friendly Staff. Quiet Neighborhood. Love the Private Back Yard. Centrally located to shops, restaurants and beaches! Management is incredible and always ready to make living here an enjoyable experience.

I moved to the area from out of state on November 1st into Veridian Townhomes in Melbourne. I am here to say if you are not able to tour apartments and are moving from out of state DO NOT pick these Townhomes. I cry everyday knowing that I am stuck in a lease with these crooks. In the pictures on their website everything looks amazing but after moving in my townhouse, it was a disaster. They have fixed a lot of the things I have asked them to fix but these Townhomes are beyond repairable, especially for the price. Everyday I wake up and have to start on a new project to get dirt and grime out of every corner of this townhouse! Save your money and go somewhere else trust me! Also trash removal and pest control are not included and If you would like a key to the workout facility its $20

Older units that have been refaced to look new Lots of problems Old HVAC systems Windows and doors barely keep out rain/bugs/heat/cold Most units do not have enclosed yards with vinyl fence as featured or shown on tour of units Most units rear yards are not maintained or landscaped by Veridian Management suggest you bare the expense to enclose and maintain landscaping while you are paying the same rent as units with enclosed and landscaped yards. Property owner restricts necessary repairs due to budget issues disregarding safety and security of residents

The townhomes are renovated....beautiful granite countertops, tile floor, and laminate wood flooring that is just gorgeous. Immediate response was given for minor issues and were resolved quickly. The staff is personable and professional. Maintenance is wonderful, quick, and knows what they are doing. Haven't had any noise issues, nice and quiet, and feels like home! Love the park for the kids and the tennis courts and pool/ cabana area! We highly recommend Veridian Townhomes!

Very quiet and updated townhomes. Nice backyard area for kids or smaller pets. The staff here is also courteous and helpful. There is a gym area that's 24/7, swimming pool, and tennis court.
