Fairly nice apartment and friendly neighbors, however, these apartments are overpriced for what they are and lack amenities. The laundry situation could certainly be better seeing as how an entire 3 story building shares 2 washers/dryers and it costs over $4 for a single load.. We are also very overcharged for utilities. We dont use much water yet have to evenly split/pay for water other units use. We also are charged a hefty "public service charge" every month saying its for things like police and street sweepers? Isnt that what I pay taxes for?

The building community that I live in is fairly quiet and peaceful. The staff at Veri are all welcoming and willing to do what they can to assist. I appreciate the dog wash and the walking path throughout the complex and neighborhood. Fairly close to the local hiking trails, too!

Neighbor above me has a noisy dog but it’s not the worst thing I’ve dealt with, and my car got hit by a neighbor or neighbors friend without a letter or anything just a hit in and run in the middle of the night whilst sleeping, aside from that the neighborhood itself is a nice place and is very close to everything.

Veri at Timberhill townhomes is a quiet and peaceful community within walking distance of WinCo, several fantastic restaurants, trails into the Mac-Dunn forest, and bus stations with free fares to stops within Corvallis. The apartments are very simple, with basic finishings, appliances, and noisy electric baseboard heaters. There is no AC and limited storage outside of 3 closets. Units are well maintained, although they have the classic "landlord special" white paint slathered hastily over the accumulated nicks and dings. Recently the payment portal transitioned to a mobile app which is laggy and full of advertisements for a predatory pay-rent-with-credit scheme.

Living here is pretty nice. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. The building itself is a little rushed as there's some imperfections. But good over all.

We very much enjoy the location of the neighborhood and find that the grounds around the property tend to be quite well kept. It generally feels very safe, too. The property has lots of good grass for dogs, along with waste bag stations to try and encourage people to pick up their dog's poop. Maintenance has always been timely and done a good job with repairs. The units are quite pricey, though, especially to not have as many amenities as some other complexes, but that is also a larger issue with Corvallis in general.

Great! Sometimes having people smoking on the side is a little hard for people who have to park their cars right there and walk through it. I wish there was some guest parking closer to my apartment :) the dryer also doesn’t dry clothes all the time so you have to pay multiple times for it to fully dry occasionally
Nice area. Close to winco. Everyone is pretty friendly. Kinda far away from everything but easy access to nature areas. Overall, good experience but pretty expensive.

Rent is extremely expensive and is not worth the money. It does not come furnished and we have little to no amenities such as a pool. Rent keeps going up and you have to pay water, garbage, and renters insurance ontop of an outrageous rent price.

Located conveniently within walking distance to the Winco shopping center, this beautifully landscaped property is a rarity. Competitive rent prices with unique, more modern floor plans, you get a lot back for what you pay. Outside grill, accessible garbage cans, good night time outside lighting, what more could you ask for!?

I've lived here for six years. I love that there are lots of trees and some wildlife. The layout makes it easy to get to know the neighbors. The office and maintenance people have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes I think that the new owner is more interested in the place looking upscale, than in livability -- I wish they would come live here for a year to understand what's important to residents in the different seasons. Being from southern California, they don't seem to understand how much Oregonians care about trees and the ecosystem.

I love the peace and quiet here with well insulated apts. Friendly neighbors and office staff make it extra pleasant as well as nice landscaping and clean trash area. The maintenance response has been expedient.

This is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Corvallis. It was built with pleasant outdoor spaces between the buildings and has plenty of greenery. Office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and effective.

My experience at Timberhill is this. I'm grateful my rent/lease is basically reasonable, having lived here for nearly 4 years now. However, new renters prices have totally increased to FAT prices with no amenities still as I can see. One machine laundry machines per each bldg. No pool, no jacuzzi, and no clubhouse, I always have seen these in all other complex'es everywhere with inflated price's. Dog and bike repair areas are definitely NOT a 'real' amenity. Free parking for each bedroom IS, to say the least.

We're also adding a resident recreation area which will have a fire pit, barbecues, gazebo and outdoor games for everyone to enjoy. As with most apartment communities, there is one assigned parking space per apartment home on a signed agreement, and there will be a lot of free guest parking as well. We're grateful you're here and we are always available if you have any additional concerns you'd like to discuss.
This is a good place for elders. There is lots of space between the buildings for walking exercise, and the layout makes it easy to have conversations with the neighbors. There is lots of green, lots of birds to watch. I would love to have a full-sun garden patch right here, to grow a few veggies.

I lived in the townhomes of this complex for one year and it was a truly terrible experience. The closets were moldy, the bathrooms were moldy, there was always folks landscaping at 8am, an ant infestation, we were without a dishwasher for the first 8 months of living there, the walls are very thin and our neighbor was always screaming his head off, the apartments are small, the whole place has poor craftsmanship and many more issues. As soon as Greystar became the new owners they raised the rent, began charging for sewer, garbage, water and they were planning on charging for parking soon. My partner had her catalytic converter stolen off of her car here and so did other prius owners at the complex. Last but not least our electrical was very unsafe. One of our outlets stopped working and low and behold it was completely melted. This caused the electrical in the upstairs part of our apartment to stop working, and as a quick fix management replaced a GFCI outlet which let us regain power in the upstairs. We voiced our concerns that something bigger was going on but the landlord gaslit us and belittled us and we dropped it. At the end of our tenancy we noticed that if you would bump an outlet on one part of the apartment it would make another outlet stop working. These are way too expensive for a tiny apartment with an unstable foundation, wiring from 1979, and an ant infestation. On a side note I did really love having Avery in the office she was amazing and kind.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team works very hard to make sure Veri at Timberhill is a wonderful place to call home. I truly wish we had been made aware of any continuing electrical issues or organic growth. We are happy to address any concerns, but we must be made aware of them to do so. We have pest control on site twice a month and it would have been easy to have them treat any issues you were dealing with. We have increased rents but have also made huge strides in updating and upgrading our apartment homes and actually adding amenities for our residents. We're very excited to have the recreation area, pet spa and bike repair station available to everyone soon. I know that most of our residents are thrilled with the new balcony and patio enclosures as well. I'm happy to address any further concerns you may have, just please reach out and let me know.
During one of their busiest times, they came within a few days and replaced my fluorescent light. As I requested, they left a note on the door that they had been there, and wore a mask. Thank you!
