I've had a great experience living at Verde Esterra Park. It's incredibly convenient (just a few minutes' walk from my office), with parks and grocery stores nearby. The light rail is also very close, making it easy to get around without a car. The amenities are well-maintained and offer plenty of options, so even if a grill or common room is in use, there's always an alternative available. The neighbors are super friendly, and the management team is always helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located place to live. I highly recommend it!

I love everything about verde Esterra. The building and apartment itself is amazing. The location is so good with access to freeway, now the rail station and anything I can imagine of for my daily life, from grocery to medicine. Everything is just next door. Best place to live in for me so far..

Verde seems to only care about having the residents sign the leasing agreement and do not care about the residents’ living experience after they move-in. I lived in a couple of luxury apartments in CA and NY before. Verde is the one having the worst resident management.

Amazing apartment with all great facilities in one place - market, upcoming restaurant (excited for this), gym, sauna, terrace, great park outside apartment complex. Enjoy the great events/games that are hosted. The new delivery service with Luxer One is awesome. Upon leasing last summer, it was Fetch Delivery service and that was nightmare. So happy that it's changed to Luxer One - very easy and convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful and respond promptly. Happy to be here.

I've lived here since the end of June and the property has been amazing. The growth within the building has been fast and cool to see. The amenities are great (two story gym, sauna, steam room, conference rooms, market, etc.). The team is extremely friendly and always quick to respond. I've had very few issues since living here and I absolutely love it

Verde Esterra is a legit place where you could practically go anywhere in a short period of time within the area. The staff are friendly and the building is top notch. This was the first place I visited during my apartment hunt, and it ended up being the one I stuck with after so many other tours.

Verde Apartment Leasing Office staff are most friendly and accommodating. Great location, apartment and all the amenities are awesome. Staff are very prompt in responding to messages. Just be ware of Fetch Delivery which causes huge inconveniences at times but management is working on it.

It’s a community driven apartment. They are cute events to get to know your neighbors and the staff is really friendly and very helpful. Help comes within less than a day. They are amazing and care so much.
