Verde is n a very good location. All things considered it is good apartment. Besides Valet Trash not picking trash up most of the time and packages getting stolen from mail room, it is good.

The staff are incredible from my experience so far. But it’s the lazy dirty residents that throw trash out their car in the park garage. Like you live here why would you want to see trash everywhere?!!

I love the property. I’ve been here for nearly 5 years. I would say, guest parking is not the best & staff communication has gone down. Emails are no longer responded to. But other than that, I still love the property.

Verde is a beautiful place to live. The downstairs lobby is absolutely gorgeous. However, when you walk on the upper level floors the carpets are dirty and hallway is smelly. When I moved here I loved how secure the facility was, but living here more the entry points are always open. The parking garage is always broken and has to be left up. I’ve had 2 of my packages stolen with no resolution. Verde is beautiful but I will not renew my lease here.

Love the complex. Overall a good experience. I would recommend to friends. The amenities are a plus. During the summer it’s very nice to grill and play pool with friends. Very relaxing.

Everything here is great except the noisy neighbors above me. Once I brought it to the leasing employees attention, it quieted down a little bit but that's not management's fault. Some people just aren't considerate on week nights. Other than that, I haven't had one complaint. Great place to live :)

Units and amenities are nice, I just wish people would stop letting their dogs pee in the hallways. It would also be nice if we could get the courtyard grills working again. It seems like amenities that break are left unfixed.

In the beginning it was really nice but it had gone down hill just a bit . But I will say I love my actual apartment space. I wish people would be a bit more respectful and responsible with the noise and there pets

Deben preocuparse por la continuidad en la limpieza tanto en los pasillos como en el parking. Hasta la fecha no solucionan el problema de la puerta de acceso en el parqueo, es peligroso porq puede ingresar personas ajenas a los apartamentos. Ya ingresaron y robaron en mi apartamento. Me llegaron medicinas y jamás los recibí, a pesar de que se puso en los locker luxer one. Como es posible eso?

Walls are a bit thin, neighbors leave doors open often, and garage is always broken. Office staff is nice and neighbors have all been very nice.

Ney and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. The process from tour to signing the lease was easy and smooth. I really appreciate the security features of the complex. The amenities here are great! From the pool, gym, pet grooming area, valet trash, and the transit area! It’s a HUGE plus having a light rail station right across from the building.

My resident experience has been wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. Friendly neighbors. Clean hallways. Clean lobby and elevators. Trash pickup is good and quiet. I am enjoying everything about the property.

Serene atmosphere, and the fact that the train station is just behind the complex. The mail room is very secure which I doubt if there's going to be any issue concerning missing mail.

Staff and maintenance are amazing. Only issue is the floors seem to be very thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking, walking, yelling, and their kids running around. Also some residents let their pets use the bathroom in the hallways and even elevator

I love living here. By far my favorite apartment I’ve lived in since moving to Charlotte 4 years ago. Amenities are fantastic and the leasing team does a lot of cool events for the residents here. 10/10!

Verde at McCullough Station is a great community to become apart of. I have to say my reason boil down to the unit sizes, affordable pricing, amenities, surrounding area and its convenient location. The professional, friendly, supportive and respectful staff is also a great reason. Our community is very much home and our courtesy office and security personnel are sure of that. I can list a few more reasons but there’s nothing like coming in to tour the property for yourself, the views from some places of the building are beautiful.
