I am really enjoying living here. I didn’t give it a 5 star because of the renters. Which is not really Verano’s fault. Either way I like living here.
The area is community-friendly, close to local establishments, and offers easy freeway access to avoid side streets when traveling to events.
Verano Townhomes is a good place to stay great maintenance team, great office team, and a family oriented community. They have activities for adults and kids throughout the year, awesome Security and great surroundings!
I have lived in Verano on two separate occasions, only leaving after the first five years to relocate for work. I loved the community so much that when I returned to the Valley I made Verano my home for a second time. I hope that our office team knows how much they are appreciated. Their care and effort is on display across the property in our well-maintained common areas and the beautiful amenities that we have access to. I especially appreciate the access to programs that help our less fortunate community members and the families that call Verano home. My little man really enjoys going to Kids Club and the team that runs it are a great group of people that genuinely care about us.

Life is how you look at everything and I have been very happy and blessed living here. The staff are great. The apartments are comfortable and the residents are friendly. You simply cannot beat the location as it is easy to travel around. Yes, we are close to losing the current elementary school but we will work with it as it comes. I’m a big fan of Verano Townhomes.

I have lived here going on 5yrs and love the area. The location of school and shopping is great. My family is very happy in the area we live in. We will be looking for a home one day around this area because of how long we lived here.

Nice 3bd 2.5 bthrms. Work orders put in by leasing staff at move in are poorly reported. Units have a lot of storage space but not enough kitchen utility space. Maintenance team are quick at resolving work orders. Love using the HOA spaces for a small monthly fee for your own convivence.

Maintenance here is a nightmare it takes 6 weeks plus to get a simple maintenance issue even looked at God forbid if you actually want it fixed

Have been in the complex for 26 years generally safe community had one significant incident of car break in they did not take the car.Staff is friendly and helpful always ready with smile and hello.Grounds are kept up except for those residents who refuse to pick up pet droppings or finish their water and dispose of the bottle on the ground.We are close to schools and shopping so really good for families.

Most office staff are not friendly and extremely rude . When calling for maintenance nothing is a rush for them and is never fixed properly they patch the work inside for doing it properly so they just come back again a never ending cycle. The playground on property are not kept up with and sand is now pure dirt not a playground or sand I enjoy my child playing in .

The grounds are not very clean with dog poop. Cars are parked in spaces for 3-6months taking up parking spaces and just for storage. People are abusing parking spaces by waiting to have their cars parked there by family members.

We felt very welcome from the moment we inquired about the apartment and since we moved in it’s the same. Feels like home. By far the best place I’ve moved since moving back that I felt home.

I love that everyone respects each others things, can place something outside of my apartment and not worry Someone is going to take it away. I haven’t had trouble with neighbors around me. Not noisy at all.

My experience has been just okay. We I first moved in, they told me I would be moving into a different apartment because the one I SIGNED FOR was given to someone else. The apartment I got was not move-in ready. I had multiple troubles from the dishwasher not working, to the first level flooding, the front door would not close properly, and pest control? Haven't seen one person spraying down apartments. I had cockroaches everywhere, which I had to spray my apartment myself. They're gone now but now I have crickets in my apartment... just no.

This is a peaceful community. It is in a great area. l like how the neighbors respect one another and the connections that are made through the various community activities, The communication of important events and concerns is much appreciated. We have only been here 8 months. We are senior citizens and have experienced a warm welcome from the staff, who are friendly and attentive to our needs and concerns. So far after a little over 4 months living here we have not had any issues. We enjoy the community and when we have maintenance issues they get resolved quickly. My only issues is that other people don’t pick up after their dogs but management sends out friendly reminders and updates on picking up after our pets.

The Verano Townhomes are in an excellent location. Close to good schools and easy access to I-10 and excellent shopping. The apartments are nice and the staff and residents are great. Close to hiking and the buildings are well made. Electrical rates are great. They have 2 pools within the grounds and they are beautiful. They also give access for the price of a key to 2 additional HOA pools (one is heated) These townhomes are comfortable and have great storage. Finally, they have a program in place to help people out with things like food. That speaks volumes as to the priorities we all should have.

Care of the outside premises are not well kept. Dogs are continuing to use the bathroom and it’s not being cleaned up. Outside lights are always being broken to where it’s dark when walking outside. Cars are parked for months holding up spaces!
