Wonderful staff and community. The units themselves are very spacious and beautiful. Maintenance are quick to respond to any issue. Great place to live.
Verano Townhomes are a great place to live. They provide assistance in areas such as camp for the kids, food for the families and a great environment to call home.
So far after a little over 4 months living here we have not had any issues. We enjoy the community and when we have maintenance issues they get resolved quickly. My only issues is that other people don’t pick up after their dogs but management sends out friendly reminders and updates on picking up after our pets.

So far so good. Friendly neighbors and everyone seems to stay to themselves. No one complains about the children. Soany things going on the community for them. Kids club is definitely a plus

The Verano Townhomes are in an excellent location. Close to good schools and easy access to I-10 and excellent shopping. The apartments are nice and the staff and residents are great. Close to hiking and the buildings are well made. Electrical rates are great. They have 2 pools within the grounds and they are beautiful. They also give access for the price of a key to 2 additional HOA pools (one is heated) These townhomes are comfortable and have great storage. Finally, they have a program in place to help people out with things like food. That speaks volumes as to the priorities we all should have.

Care of the outside premises are not well kept. Dogs are continuing to use the bathroom and it’s not being cleaned up. Outside lights are always being broken to where it’s dark when walking outside. Cars are parked for months holding up spaces!

I have lived here for a long time. Very little issues. Maintenance is always on point. Frequent management changes since I've been here but pretty easy transitions. Lots of new community activities which is great to see.

I enjoy living here I feel that this is a fairly safe neighborhood. There's always kids outside playing only thing is that they do be screaming fairly loudly while playing but I guess that's to be expected. The coyotes run through the complex regularly at night so if you are outside pass 10p.m be careful.

Love my wood burning fireplace! The gas powered grills are located throughout the property. The pool is very relaxing and you are allowed to bring guest.

The townhomes are beautiful and my neighbors have always been respectful. Lots of kids and dogs! Which also means lots of dog poop everywhere because people don’t like to clean up after their furry friends. The management office has sent numerous notices to the complex and still happens all the time. VERY EXPENSIVE! They have raised the rent on us for what seems like no reason as they haven’t don’t anything drastic to justify how much they increased the rent. Overall, not the best but not the worst place either.

I have enjoyed living here but the rent prices are high. There are also big pest problems living here. I get cockroaches, spiders, and crickets very frequently in my apartment.
Maintenance is very good and respond in a timely fashion. The grounds are kept nice for the most part. But there is dog poop in many places around the property

We moved in about a week ago and things have gone very well so far. Any work order we put in gets done almost right away which is a breath of fresh air from our previous experience. The community has been great and everyone has been friendly. We are looking forward to the next year.

Apartment was dirty when moving in. Unfortunately our toilet flooded the first day and there are a lot of repairs needed on the first day that we moved in.

Verano is a great place to live! Super quiet and family friendly! Very green grass and lots of parks! It is a great place to live because of the close restaurants and shopping centers too!

I just love it here. Good customer service from staffs. Awesome neighborhoods, quiet and safe. Walking distance to stores and restaurants, especially school. Great location.

More covered parking better communication with staff and landscaping needs to be improved. And if you have a pet a.k.a. a dog or dogs don’t leave them on your patio to bark all day and please pick up your poop.

Viewing the unit and learning about the property was delightful. The move in process was slightly frustrating as far as providing documents when it comes to the digital era and everything is not digital ready, the lack of assistance or physically providing documents is not acceptable. Otherwise we are very pleased and happy with the property so far.

I really love this community! It is quiet, affordable, and close to great shopping. The best thing about living here has been the staff. They are so friendly, helpful, and they know you by name. It's wonderful! There are so many positive things that they do for families in need.

The entire process was really simple and easy. Keisha was EXTREMELY helpful, nice, professional and kept me updated with everything. The community is really nice. Very family oriented. My favorite feature is the kids club for the kiddos.

Overall good place to live minus the hot tubs not working. You can pay for an HOA fob to have access to other HOA pool sites. The kids club is also nice for the working parent.

The unit that I was moving into wasn’t properly cleaned or fixed. When a new tenant is moving, you would think that maintenance would do a good job re-painting (if needed) and fixing any damaged/broken things but nope

My grands have had a great time with the kids clubs staff. Very beautiful soul Ms. Melissa is. The office staff was wonderful helping my grand daughter get a package that was stuck in the Amazon boxes. The working staff the keeps stuff clean has always been help! Thank you all.
