Property Ratings at Verandas
I get my apartment here sprayed weekly and there are still roaches. It’s awful.
I currently reside at this apartment. For about 9 day every apartment is without gas. So that mean no cooking, heat, and hot showers. The management is not giving us no answers not letting us know when the gas is going to be turned back on. Gas is included in the amenities. This is only one in many things going on at this apartments, so please run.
This apartment I live in has given me the living proof that besides all the chaos happening in the country, I am solely protected and at peace in life based on the simple fact that the gates are locked, monitored 24/7, it is a walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, comes with a state of the art at the gym. Also, the apartment staff are so friendly I see them as a family who really care about their tenants. Maintenance is up to date from mowing the lawns, cutting trees and hedges and has a spacious parking well enough to accommodate all tenant cars. The trash bin is emptied periodically and the pool, OMG is well cleaned up just like the laundromat. They respond to my needs before I could even say a word. My neighbors are kind and very conversational. All the dogs are leached and well behaved. I can't ask for anything better than this... This place makes me feel I am already living in the privacy of my own house.
The Verandas are really quiet. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The Verandas were a good choice for my roommates and I. We currently live in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment; the rooms are a good size, the living room is spacious, we have a good size patio and kitchen. Any time something broke or stopped working in our apartment all we had to do was put in a request sheet in the office and maintenance was on top of it, they are awesome! Another thing I loved about this place was the business room. They have 2 computers and a printer that the residents could use any time the office was open. The mini gym they have is also a huge plus! The location was also nice! Less than 5 minutes away from Eastland shopping center, 10 minutes away from the mall, and 20-30 minutes away from DTLA. It was a great choice.
The leasing staff here is great. They are very professional . The maintenance staff is really quick about fixing things. They are super respectful when they walk into your home to fix things. The dog park isnt kept up with... to conserve water they havent been watering it. Its not sanitary for the dogs. The apparrment themselves are nice and big. However you CAN hear the neighbors through the walls. If you live on the second floor you can feel them walk, run and jump. No designated kid play area so they run around the complex being loud. On their website it says we have 24hrs Gmy and pool but both close at 10pm. Overall its quiet but its based on your luck on what kind of neighbors youll be sharing walls with.
This is the perfect apartment for young adults who are just starting out like myself. It's affordable, and close to the Eastland Shopping Center which houses a Target, Albertsons, Petco (great for my pup!), Hobby Lobby, Walmart and more, in addition to several restaurants. It's also right next to the 10fwy. I have a two bedroom on the 2nd floor, washer and dryer in unit. The master room is large, with a good sized closet. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Living here the past two years has been great!
