Ventura Ridge is a great place to live. There are nice amenities a responsive staff that is helpful and solve day to day problems that might come up in a timely manner. Ventura Ridge is also located in a great location that has many nice places accessible such as the Rim shopping center and La Cantera. I really enjoy living where I live. Great location, great maintenance workers. The WORST RENOVATION transition I have ever seen. Completely inconveniences the residents and takes away from their properties.
During our tenancy since 2015, the staff at Ventura Ridge has consistently provided exceptional service that has exceeded our expectations. We have renewed our lease for nearly a decade and intend to continue doing so. The location and recent developments in the surrounding area have not only made it financially viable for us to reside here, but have also contributed to a sense of security and comfort within our community.
I like living here. The staff is very nice, and I've made friends here in the past year.
Great staff super friendly and great location. It does needs help with their parking situation and amenities updates (grills and gym machines) I would live here again.
I have been living here for over a year and I have enjoyed being a part of this community. Maintenance is quick and the front office employees are always willing to help.

Too much outside/outdoor building construction. The construction is very loud and on-going. I would not trust the information that the staff gives you regarding the end of construction. It has been ongoing for 6-8 months on only one building. Just now moving on to the other buildings. Complex does not monitor parking. Lots of tenants park in no parking zones. Other than the constant loud construction, it has been a pleasant place to live for last 2 years.

I became a resident at Ventura Ridge back in 2016. I’ve moved away once, but decided to come back, then moved away for a second time, and came back again. Ventura Ridge has been the only apartment community that has made me happy. Donnie, the property manager is AMAZING. He definitely is very deserving of his position. The maintenance team has always been superb. You can’t get that at every apartment community. I love it here!

I used to love living here but recently there has been some new tenants that have caused issues with noise, damaging property and cleanliness. I think the quality of the complex has declined for the past year or so.

Ventura Ridge is a great place to live. It is very convenient to many locations. The residents that live at Ventura ridge are pleasant and considerate. Been living here for close to 10 years. I have no complaints. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. They have watched our children grow up through the years. I highly recommend Ventura Ridge to anyone, Especially Family's. Everything is close by for shopping, Movies, night life and Theam Park.

This property has gone down hill since being occupied by greystar they leave all gates open leaving it easy for thieves and those who are not paying rent to come freely without supervision especially when rent is not cheap here

We are long time (4 years) residents at Ventura Ridge. The staff and maintenance people are great. Living here is such a contrast to other apartments. You can't hear your neighbors. It's quiet. The apartments are large and comfortable. The appliances work. And if they stop working, they are replaced. We have been very content with living here.

My family and I have lived here for 7 years. The location, quality and staff makes our experience comfortable and worth continuing our stay here.
These are the best apartments that I have ever lived in. Quiet, beautiful surroundings, responsive management and maintenance. Thank you!
You get what you pay for. The management is nice, the events are fun and the apt layout is suitable. However the walls are extremely, extremely thin and parking is horrible. I get woken up almost every night and morning due to my neighbors non-stop activities. I've spoken to my them directly about it but they refuse to comply. If someone is playing the tv or radio loudly, you will hear it as well as feel the vibrations. If someone is talking on the patio or partying on the balconies across, you will hear it. I've called the police about twice throughout my stay here due to noise complaints. You also will hear upstairs and same floor neighbors even if they're just walking the hall, as well as the stairwell doors slamming non-stop. Parking is good if you're here before 6 pm. Many neighbors and I sometimes refuse to go anywhere in order to not lose a good spot. Other than those 2 issues, the apt is great.
I have lived here for a year and don't really have any huge complaints other than its pretty pricey and you can easily hear your neighbors. Other than the property being new, I think the apartments are pretty basic for the price. The complex does have nice community amenities, but I'm always working so if you don't usually use the amenities, save your money. You can also hear everything. If it's someone walking down the hall, your neighbor inside their apt or on their balcony. There were weeks straight that my neighbor played the same song over and over and over again in the morning, and I heard every word. I began to think that if I started not hearing it, something was wrong. Parking is also hard to find if you get home after 6. I will not be resigning when my lease is up. I have found an apartment that is nicer inside and $200 cheaper and it's in the same area. It's a no brainier.
Been here for almost eight months. The price is a bit high. The staff is super awesome. They always have great functions for their residents to show that they care. The maintenance guys are great at what they do and very friendly. Quality of build is good, not great. For example, I can hear my neighbors sneeze. The insulation is very good, as my CPS energy bills are much cheaper compared to my previous apartment which was much older. Depending on what floor plan you get, I think the layouts are kind of odd. For example, my living room wall is up against my neighbors living room wall, but my bedroom wall is next to my other neighbors living room; this can lead to sleepless nights if they have people over entertaining guests. If you do lease here, do not get a unit near the trash chutes! I work evenings and sleep in during the day and whenever the trash company comes and collects the refuse, it is VERY LOUD! It never fails. The front gates haven't been working for a while. The biggest issue is lack of parking. There simply isn't enough. There's nothing more frustrating than not knowing whether or not you'll be able to find a parking space when you get home. I wish they offered carports, because garages are too expensive to add to the already expensive rent. The gym is cramped; not enough machines and space. There is no business center and no laundry facilities. My lease will be ending soon, and I'm not sure I will be renewing.

The property itself is always well maintained and clean. The neighbors? a good mix of tenants young singles to small families, all have been friendly and courteous thus far. Rent is slightly higher for the square footage we pay for but keep in mind of the location you are in and the fact that they are luxury apartments. Great counter tops wood flooring beautiful and spacious bathrooms. Again, My only small issue is the price... Other than that. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS.
The apartments are newonly about 9 months old My girlfriend and I moved to a one bedroom about a month ago and are so far really enjoying it.Rent is slightly higher for the square footage we pay for but the apartment comes with granite countertops, nice dark cabinets, black appliances, a garden tub shower "wood"floors(kitchen and bathroom) and carpet in bedroom and living room.The apartments are pretty friendly requiring a pet swab to test against any droppings they may find which leads to dropping free grass there is a fine if you don't clean after your pet).The onl bother thus far is what I am assuming is some type of air compressor which is rather loud once or twice a day from the medical plaza right next door. There is a good mix of tenants young singles to small families, all have been friendly and courteous thus far. We got in with a great move in special ( two monthsf ree and a 55 inch tv) and are really loving our first little home together.
