Great place to live. Within walking distance to all the East Village has to offer, downtown Farmers Market, and Wells Fargo Arena. Community events every Wednesday night with food and friends.
I've really enjoyed living at Verve! The amenities are very nice and I love how close I am to so many things to do. The staff is friendly and maintenance request are dealt with promptly.
Since the beginning of looking into Verve the staff has been amazing. I have never been in a place that genuinely cares about the people who live in their building. Always events going on and very professional when issues or questions arise. Would highly recommend
I love living at Verve! The staff is always very friendly and willing to help with anything. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and the amenities are top notch! Also, they do great weekly events where we get to eat free food and mingle with neighbors! What's not to love?!
Verve has been an awesome place to live. We love that it's very dog friendly with quite a bit of green space and is located right next to the river with miles and miles of walking trails! Building is very clean, friendly staff, well decorated, and updated.

Would recommend the Verve, property management does a great job with interacting with tenants, the apartments are spacious with great finishes, and the apartment will share the pool amenity when construction is done on Velocity across the street.

The Verve apartments are a great place to live. The apartments themselves are sleek, modern, and have a great view of downtown. They provide a fitness room, social events once a week, a game room, and a TV room. The indoor parking is a plus. The walls are thick, which makes it a quiet place to live.
The Verve community is a great place to live. The design and floor plans of the units are exceptional. The location is very convenient to all Des Moines has to offer. The building and common areas are well maintained.
Living at the Verve has been great. The units are new and the amenities are great. Management is attentive to any problems, pets are allowed, there are management hosted social dinners on some nights. The East Village and downtown are just steps away. If you're considering moving downtown, consider the Verve.

I have loved living at the Verve! It is the perfect mix of luxury and convenience. The units have so many unique decor and great appliances. You’ll have to take a tour to truly appreciate all the amazing community rooms! The location is also a great bonus. It is tucked away from the business of downtown, but walking distance to everything fun in the east village and downtown.
We love living here! It is a beautiful building with great management! They also allow large dogs with reasonable pet rent and deposit. The appliances are great and our unit has a full size washer and dryer and not a stackable. There is lots of places to take the dogs out in comparison to other downtown buildings.
Very professional community. Close to Downtown attractions and restaurants. Waking distance to everything in East Village. Decor including light fixtures, cabinets, ascent walls, are upscale & hip looking, amenities are awesome, and apartments are well constructed. Very quiet place and the views are beautiful.
