Not very happy, my windshield got busted from lg branches falling out of the trees after I put in a request to have then trimmed, I DO NOT have glass coverage and the complex REFUSED to pay for the replacement, cost me over 800 dollars to have it replaced,

My carpet cleaning was fantastic! I really thought the carpets would never get clean. Almost all spots are gone. Maintenance finally found an ice maker from another manufacturer and it worked! Bravo!!!

Amazing office staff. All the automation will take some adjustments but I'm getting the hang of it. I do wish there was one single App to do all of it, so far we have about three or four plus the portal.

Overall move in experience was unacceptable. Mold was found in the bathroom, in several places. There are still bugs throughout the apartment. Cleanliness was not to standards for an initial move in.

Varia at OakCrest is a wonderful community with every amenity I could ask for from it's package lockers to pool, fitness center, walking path by the lake, resident events, ample parking, garage spaces for rent and oh so much more (business center, electric car charging areas, car wash area, kids play area, tennis courts, dog park). Not only are the apartments beautiful and the amenities amazing, Varia's staff is friendly and caring. As a an additional point, the apartments are well maintained, and when a maintenance request is requested, it is responded to and resolved quickly. I love living here!

The community itself is pretty and well maintained. The community manager has been helpful and maintenance has responded quickly. The actual apartment itself is okay, not the most updated. I didn’t expect there to be carpet in my home, as there are few photos to reference prior to moving in. There’s an abundance of parking, which is nice.

So far, Varia at Oakcrest takes the time out to keep all things on the property in working order. I think it is outstanding. The property is clean and well maintained. The trash doesnt pile up out of control like I have seen and experience in other apartment complexes. The biggest thing for me is the gate is always in working order. I used to live at an apartment complex with a gate and it stayed open duevto having issues more than half of the time I lived there

Varia is a great place to live. I love that there is a lake and a deck where you can hang out and unwind. The community is very quiet and I feel very safe here. I just wish we had valet trash service! LOL

Me & my family have been living here for almost 2 years now and it has been comfortable, community is kept up with and clean, maintenance is always on it. The office is professional, I have yet to have any complaints or issues with living here. Me and my family are content.

Everything here us nice, the only thing that doesn't get enough treatment is the dog park, the holes, the fact that alit of people don't clean up after there dogs

I say that overall living out here is good. You should never be too boastful, but if I’m honest I feel safe here. Haven’t heard any complaints about crime etc. it’s pretty quiet here at night too. For the most part the office crew & maintenance handle complaints etc well. I’m just ready for them to be done with remodeling so I can finally use our gym this year.

The community and people are nice, there are a few people with NO respect for others, especially at the dog park not cleaning up after your dog and leaving poop on the cement
