Property Ratings at Vantage at Loveland
I strongly advise against renting here. Within weeks of moving in I was displaced by internal flooding, then moved into a unit plagued by constant, excessive noise and an interior corridor door so heavy it causes me physical pain to use. Despite repeated complaints, management’s only responses were to send a generic paragraph to all residents, suggest I confront my neighbors myself despite safety concerns, or move to a third-floor walk-up — even after I explained I am disabled and chose this apartment complex specifically for the ground-level yard. The building is built so shoddily that, even if your neighbors are respectful people, you’re going to hear loud conversations, arguments, running, and jumping. These issues made the apartment unlivable, and management’s unwillingness to provide reasonable solutions speaks volumes. Prospective renters should think carefully about whether management here will take habitability and accessibility concerns seriously.
