Vantage at Hutto

I truly feel at home here. Great price, great space. Always good parking, valet trash and so cozy. I can't wait to have my first Fall here.

We are really excited to be new residents at the Vantage! The amenities are so convenient and accessible! We are very pleased with the quickness and quality of the management when there is a problem and we are just over all super happy that we could find the perfect apartment here!

The attention to tenants is getting worse and unprofessional. The person who works at the office is rude. When you call to report a problem in the department, she doesn't treat customers politely and hangs up. Needless to say, this same review goes for all Vantagge Att Hutto websites and social networks. This didn't happen before. cadavez peor la atencion a los inquilinos y poco profesionales , grosera la que atiende en la oficina , al llamar para dsr a conocer un problema en el departamento no trata con educacion a los clientes y cuelga el telefono , demas esta decir que esta misma reseña va para todos los sitios y redes sociales del vantagge att hutto , esto antes no pasaba Fe Descontento totalmente , viviendo sin poder usar la lavadora pero si quieren que uno pague la renta completa , al llamar para hablar del tema la respuesta es que vayan a lavar a Roundrock

Lamentablemente pésimo ya, no recomiendo vivir ya en este conjunto, porque hicieron cambios en la oficina y este nuevo personal son mal educadas, groseras, nunca dicen nada, ya no nos comunican ningún cambio o horario que hacen y lo otro es que se nos dañó la lavadora y dice que la solución es ir a lavar a Round Rock, como es posible que uno pagando un alquiler puntual o antes de la fecha y le digan eso a uno, ni siquiera se toman el tiempo de ver y querer solucionarlo, solo dice que hay que esperar 6 semanas y hasta más. Así que lastimosamente ya este conjunto no era nada de hace un año cuando llegamos a vivir.

The staff have always been very responsive to any issues that have come up. Friendly and attentive! Virtually no issues with my apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone moving into this area.

My experience living here has been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. I love the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of nearby shops.

Llevo más de un año en este condominio y me ha gustado mi experiencia en él, tanto que decimos renovar el contrato por un ano más. Se mantiene limpio, ordenado y la atención del personal es muy buena.

Bad maintenance service this guys not doing there job it’s been a month and they still can’t fix what needs to be fixed can’t wait for my contract to be over

Moving in was great. The experience was easy and simple. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and have great communication. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly.

I have only lived here for a week, but the welcoming I have gotten has been amazing. Alma, Maria, Alexandra, and Al have been so helpful. They are all a blessing. I’m so thankful that I chose Vantage of Hutto for my home.

Very satisfied with living at vantage at hutto , beautiful apartments and area to live at. The staff is a call away for anything you need at they are always glad to help

Love my place. Still waiting on Help with the washer dryer door set up but other than that everything‘s nice. I would like them to power wash the floors between apartments, but overall I love Vantage.

Such a nice community and helpful staff! I feel comfortable going into the office and asking any questions that I might have. I love that it’s a gated community so I feel very safe!

The apartment complex is nice but there are some sealant issues inside resulting in multiple bugs getting in, also due to the light on balcony that we’re not able to turn off. But that is due to the placement of my particular apartment. Overall is a nice place to live.

Nice and clean time while I’m staying here. Also the pool was supposed to be open and ten but me and my wife were waiting until one this last sunday

3 months in and still highly satisfied. Any concerns we’ve had have promptly been addressed. I only rate 4 stars because there have been some cleanliness issues in our building, as well as our upstairs neighbors being rather loud. We understand that’s part of being on a first floor and just can’t be helped in most ways. Outside of those two things, we’re very happy and are very happy to be apart of this community.

I am writing this letter to share my sincere appreciation for my experience living at Vantage at Hutto From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine sense of community. The management team has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and the property is always kept clean, safe, and beautifully maintained.

I have only been here a month, but it’s a very nice complex, all new appliances and floors. The office staff very nice and the hours are convenient to make it easy to contact when needed. Maintenance is a bit slow on work orders, but overall a great place to live.

Me encanta esta comunidad tiene un excelente ambiente familiar, tiene todo lo que necesita mi familia, tranquilidad y amenidades que hacen de nuestra estancia sea placentera

Me gusta mucho la ubicación, la limpieza, que siempre están pendientes de las áreas verdes, que acuden rápido a solucionar los problemas que se presenta dentro de las viviendas

I have been a resident for 12 months. I am upset about the availability of the community swimming pool. This is now the third Sunday in a row that the pool is locked and unavailable to use. I understand that there have been issues with others abusing the rules for the pool, such as glass bottles or excessive numbers of guests. However why are the rest of the tenants being punished and denied use of an amenity that we are paying for? Something needs to change soon. I have spoken to my neighbors and several tenants are also upset and noticing this too.

Excellent place to live, fantastic staff. Dog park is huge with fun obstacles for the pups. Clean and quiet environment which is what I was looking for, highly recommend

Great to live here and great community, sometimes maintenance takes a while to answer on calls but other than that it’s great. Very close by to a lot of things in town

It a great place to stay. Clean and quiet. Office work are attentive and quick to solve any problems. Also there is a nice pool and bbq pits around the apartment.

Quick and easy my staff helped me get into my apartment as soon as my 60 days was over I love my apartment and I look forward to staying here for a while!

I am having a good time here I enjoy it here I enjoy having peace and quiet and being able to relax when I get home from working all week is very nice. Definitely wouldn’t have as good of an experience if it wasn’t for the office people.

It’s going good everybody that works for vantage are really nice down to earth people and the apartments are nice as well we did have 1 issue with the washer and dryer but the fixed it as fast as possible and I’m grateful for that

Moving in was very easy! The staff was all very helpful and nice! Everything was communicated very well and the apartment is exactly what i was expecting

Good morning! I’ve recently moved it a few weeks ago, definitely enjoying the peaceful community along with wonderful sunsets! I look forward for good summer days and perhaps talking a tour to the gym.

We have only been living here a few days as we are so pleased with the care of the buildings, the staff, and the size of the apartment. Definitely foresee us being here for years to come!

My husband and I have been living here about 8 months! Great community! The leasing and maintenance teams are very attentive and do a great job with community upkeep. I also like that they put on engagements for the community and bring in food trucks and vendors.

Staff is great, amazing people there to help you. Always friendly. Quiet place to live. Amenities are nice so you have everything there when you need them.

I haven’t had any problems with the neighbors around me, no complaints so far. Everything has been pretty easy to manage and the leasing office is very helpful

I love everything but the fact that the walls are thin It’s definitely a nicer place then i thought and you get what you pay for I will definitely be thinking about renewing
