Excellent place to live, fantastic staff. Dog park is huge with fun obstacles for the pups. Clean and quiet environment which is what I was looking for, highly recommend

Great to live here and great community, sometimes maintenance takes a while to answer on calls but other than that it’s great. Very close by to a lot of things in town

It a great place to stay. Clean and quiet. Office work are attentive and quick to solve any problems. Also there is a nice pool and bbq pits around the apartment.

Quick and easy my staff helped me get into my apartment as soon as my 60 days was over I love my apartment and I look forward to staying here for a while!

I am having a good time here I enjoy it here I enjoy having peace and quiet and being able to relax when I get home from working all week is very nice. Definitely wouldn’t have as good of an experience if it wasn’t for the office people.

It’s going good everybody that works for vantage are really nice down to earth people and the apartments are nice as well we did have 1 issue with the washer and dryer but the fixed it as fast as possible and I’m grateful for that

Moving in was very easy! The staff was all very helpful and nice! Everything was communicated very well and the apartment is exactly what i was expecting

Muy buen servicio , amables en la oficina y siempre dispuestos a ayudar ,nada de que preocuparse ya que cada espacio de esta instalación está limpio y bien cuidado , se nota el buen ambiente en cada paso que das , lo recomiendo totalmente es un lugar muy especial para vivir con tu familia

Es una lugar agradable para vivir tiene espacios muy agradables para pasar en familia co el área de asador y la piscina también el personal es muy amable y siempre te ayudan en todo lo que necesites

Good morning! I’ve recently moved it a few weeks ago, definitely enjoying the peaceful community along with wonderful sunsets! I look forward for good summer days and perhaps talking a tour to the gym.

We have only been living here a few days as we are so pleased with the care of the buildings, the staff, and the size of the apartment. Definitely foresee us being here for years to come!

My husband and I have been living here about 8 months! Great community! The leasing and maintenance teams are very attentive and do a great job with community upkeep. I also like that they put on engagements for the community and bring in food trucks and vendors.

Staff is great, amazing people there to help you. Always friendly. Quiet place to live. Amenities are nice so you have everything there when you need them.

I haven’t had any problems with the neighbors around me, no complaints so far. Everything has been pretty easy to manage and the leasing office is very helpful

Great friendly responsive management staff ,Great great location , Friendly neighbors, we can go away knowing all maintenance indoor and outdoor will be taken care of with good men and those we can trust..... lovely club house , pool and gym all in great condition overall It's a peaceful respectful community.

I love everything but the fact that the walls are thin It’s definitely a nicer place then i thought and you get what you pay for I will definitely be thinking about renewing

We’ve lived here for over a year and a half and it’s been a great experience. The staff is amazing and they all work so hard to keep Vantage a lovely place to live. They are responsive to questions/concerns. Maintenance team is quick to address whatever issues arise. Love living here!

I really recommend this housing residence, it is very quiet and an incredible peace is achieved, with spacious and safe rooms. There really is no doubt that it is a quiet way to live here in this place.

Vantage at Hutto es un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal que nos atiende como comunidad es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier dificultad.

The staff and maintenance personnel are first rate. Very responsive to requests for repairs. Only had one issue with leak that took some time to find and repair, but no issues after that was resolved. Would happily recommend theses apartments and actually did!

Everyone at the office is professional and nice. They care about the residents. Any issue you may have, they are quick to help you and resolve quick!

neighbors are disrespectful and are often loud in the parking lot during very early hours like 3-5am. we are supposed to have a complimentary officer from 6am-6pm…but it took 15-20 mins for my noise complaint to be dealt with at 5am and the whole time the people were blasting music in the parking lot drinking/drunk as well as, our downstairs neighbor leaves their laundry room door open that also wakes us up…it bangs against the balcony railing all night if there is even the slightest breeze most disrespectful apt. neighbors i’ve lived near.

My wife and I just moved to Vantage at Hutto, and I have to say it is great! They have amazing service, always answer any questions for us, when we went to go do a tour to check out the Vantage, we felt welcomed and it felt like home, I definitely recommend checking Vantage at Hutto out.

Place is amazing nice and staff is the best. Wish the parking was better but that’s the only complaint! Staff being so helpful and nice it makes up for it.

It has been really good being at Vantage at Hutto so far, I have had no issues with my neighbors so far. I have noticed a parking issue, but that is the reason we opt in to reserved parking. I had issues with people not respecting the reserved parking but it just took the inconvenience of calling the towing company to take care of that.

Very quiet place to live at everybody is nice and helpfull around the area also vlose to work and sorrounding attractions have alot of friends that live in complex

The apartments all around are awesome! I love every bit of it. Can’t wait to make it my “home” ?? thank you for every single ounce of help to get in to one. Forever grateful.

Great facility to live in comparison to another apt lived in around Texas Metroplex. Office staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities and extra community engagement activities are the best!

I’m very pleased living here at Vantage of Hutto. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The maintenance crew are also very friendly and are there for you in any apartment problem you might have. So my living here is my home filled with friends and I get to take my dog to the dog park which is fun for her!

I love it here! The office staff and maintenance crew are super friendly and address any concerns that I may have! Maintenance request are addressed in a timely manner.

I LOVE IT HERE !! literally there is always something to do here. It is very family oriented and we love our neighbors. we love the different food trucks that come here or even just the different events for us residents.

Great apartment to live in Great customer service especially the assistant manager she help me alot on every detail from my application this apartment are way beyond great pool and nice gym that they have very quite and some nice neighbors

The application process was super simple and Jessica was super sweet and very helpful. We are still moving things in but we love the area and are looking forward to exploring the area.
