Vantage at Helotes

Quiet and clean community. The neighbors are friendly and so is the office staff. I have.a wonderful view from my patio. The trash compactor area is clean and well maintained. Even though there are several dogs in the complex people clean up after them so there is no overwhelming smell of dog poop. Loving this community so far!!!

From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. Any time I've had questions or needed assistance, the team has been quick to respond and has always gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were . The maintenance team deserves special mention for their prompt and efficient service. Any maintenance requests I’ve made.

Great office staff and things get fixed right away. Love how spacious all the rooms are. Will recommend to my friends and family . Thank you

I am a returning resident! That goes to show in itself. I love this community ! So clean , modern and safe. Leasing office is always so helpful and quick to respond. Especially Cora. She was with us every step of the way from showing , application and move in. She made it easy to get what we needed and was great about communicating efficiently.

For my first apartment I must say it's a very quiet community to live in. Everyone pretty much minds their business. The staff in the office are very nice and helpful. I would recommend to friends and family

Office is always so helpful with anything I come to them about. Community is quiet and clean. They have monthly events for the community it’s a sweet gesture.

I just recently moved in and I’m very content with living here so far. However, the only reason why I can’t give it 5 stars is because of the lack of parking. When I first toured, I was told that there are more parking spots than tenants living here so a carport wouldn’t really be needed. Now, a little over a year now, I STILL struggle to find a parking spot in front or near my building before 10pm. I’ve been having to park almost 2 buildings down when I get home “late” (no later than 10pm) from work. I’ve been told parking is first come first serve which is fine, but preferably for residents. There should be some visitor spots available for those that don’t pay rent. These people tend to get the spots in front of the building people actually pay rent for. I would rather this be added instead of me having to add a $40 carport to my monthly rent costs.

Great place! Helpful staff, safe community, and very nice apartments. Its decently affordable and includes just about all the amenities. They also make sure the community is always clean.

All good so far. Office is attentive and amenities are good. Apartments are nice and comfortable. We have a dog and pet areas are great, the play area and dog washing station are awesome.

Just moved in a few weeks ago. My neighbors are friendly, the property is well taken care of and it’s in a nice location. Close to several shops and the nature park.

I have lived at Vantages at Helotes for a year. I enjoy the feeling of community. The staff provide fun activities and engage with the tenants in these events. They strive everyday to make this community feel like home.

I’ve been going back and forth within myself to move back to San Antonio and I’m happy I did and calling my new apartment home … I love everything from the staff to how clean it is

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating, even though there were a few hiccups with the leasing process, they made sure we were taken care of and got the keys same day

Great amenities, friendly staff and management. Very happy to be renting from vantage. Always fast response to maintenance issues or other issues that arise.

It is a very nice looking complex. Quiet and well kept. Staff is nice and helpful. Gated so I feel safe for my car. The only bad thing is the traffic that gathers outside the exit but that’s not the apartments fault

Extremely nice staff and always keep community updated. Maintenance is extremely helpful and a great location. The areas amenities help as well.

The maintenance is always maintained in all of the community areas. Dog waste stations are regularly empty and bags are restocked. If you have any questions or concerns you can always ask everyone in the office and they are always more than willing to help with whatever trouble you're having.

Great place to live. Very safe place to live at there are also many options when it comes to food, or if you’re looking for great schools around the Alamo Ranch area this is your place.

great apartment perfect fit for me great service and the ladies in the front office are very helpful with first time renters like myself. my roommate and i feel safe in our apartment.

Move in process was pretty easy and the staff are helpful, the apartment itself is pretty we were able to get a pool view which is also pretty and big. They also have a lot of community events which I love cause I have a three kids.

I’ve lived here at Vantage at Helotes for over a year now and absolutely love it. You never know what you might get into or if it will live up to the reviews on apts and let me tell you they do. That’s what compelled me to write this. What impressed me so much at first was how fast they got me into my new apt and I was a in a time crunch to find a new place to live. Everyone is so supportive from the front office to even my neighbors. It’s safe, fun and they are always on top of everything here. The view from my 3rd flr balcony is amazing too to chill and watch the sunsets or storms roll in and I thoroughly enjoy every second of it. I work from home and that can get a little too comfortable and mundane just always in your apt working and even they suggested to me one day “use the business center” they have and now I do some days just to get out and a nice change of scenery. Great place y’all and great people running it. 10 out of 5 Stars if they let me. You’ll love living here.

My experience so far has been really good. Everywhere looks new and really clean. I felt welcomed at the leasing office and Cora was a big help during my moving process. The only thing I’d say is that the gym needs some free weights and a bench to make it into perfection but above all I’m loving the experience

Administration is always so friendly and willing to help out residents with any questions needed. As a resident this is very helpful knowing they’re willing to help during all office hours.

Very clean apartment complex, quiet on the weekends, the only bad thing is the traffic right outside the apartment but that’s out of their control. Pool stays clean and so does the gym.

Great place to live. Highly recommend. Kept up nicely. Pool is clean and area are well maintained. Front office staff are awesome maintenance guys are very good at their jobs.

All the leasing managers are very nice and helpful. Absolutely absolutely love it here. I would definitely recommending my friends with family here

The office is always so pleasant and on top of everything. They do monthly appreciation events for the community and they’re very well out together.

Everyone has seemed very friendly so far, I truly appreciate all the events they we are included in form the apartments. Being able to learn more about one another is always a plus in these events.

fast courteous service explained the process and kept me updated the area is beautiful and love the color my father favorite color is green and my mother passed 05/17 so i chose appt 7105 love all and so grateful to be apart of this community And when I had a issue with Flex they waived my late fee and allowed me to make a arrangement Flex has improved their service cause they go by what is posted but if you have rental insurance and it is not paid of course Vantage add it but Flex at that time their system didn’t update so if you paid early they only paid the balance but Vantage is awesome they understood the technical issue and let me make an arrangement I would suggest to pay more if you pay before the first or wait till the first to pay I love my unit and the awesome customer service

Moved in when the apartment complex was just starting. Always been amazing with requests. Never had any issues with employees or neighbors. Good community.

Move-in experience was great. Leasing office team were friendly and provided all the guidance/support. Enjoying the stay. Schools, Groceries and other Amenities are nearby.

My first apartment and I must say it's a very nice and quiet community. Everyone is very friendly nobody bothers you. I would highly recommend this complex to friends and family

Master bath had some stains I had to wipe off. The ceilings still have spider webs ever where even in the corners. Paint is over the wall outlets.

It’s a great place to live with very responsive staff. Apartment life will always have its challenges but there is a lot of effort put into enforcing community policies. And the events are nice- would like to see even more.

Great amenities, friendly staff, have had no issues so far. When something goes wrong they have a solution or work to get one promptly. Highly recommend if you are moving to the area.

Office staff and maintenance keep the apartments up to date and respond quickly to resident requests. Love having the ice machine it’s so convenient to fill up Ice chest on pool days

so far so good, some neighbors aren’t very respectful of common areas and disregard the safety of their neighbors but as far as management and maintenance any issues that came up have been addressed in a timely manner. the staff here is amazing unfortunately they can’t be everywhere at once. i wish the people who lived here were just as respectful.
